I stay at a lot of Hampton Inns and I am usually very happy with them across the board for their consistency and service. This particular one, however, while clean and safe could use a few improvements. There were no king beds available except in smoking rooms. There were no fridges or microwaves in the rooms and this was not mentioned in the booking. The front desk staff, while efficient were not friendly or upbeat at all. In fact they were almost silent and uninterested in the guests at all. This was consistent over the course of 4 days and various staff members. The ice machine was broken/inoperative on nearly each level. The building is a weird mix of an older Hilton with the Hampton Inn built onto the far end all the way around back, so I think its an older facility that's been remodeled some years back, best I could tell. Definitely need an upgrade to catch up to the many other Hampton Inns.
