“My husband and I stayed here once before and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves, that is why we returned. We brought our small Scotty dog and were treated so well. The room was beautifully appointed, breakfast was delicious as was the am coffee. We also enjoyed our complimentary wine and chocolates, thank you. We were met by the hostess who joined us for a tasting even though she was expected out for dinner as it was her birthday. The wine tasting and wines were also superb. I can’t say enough...

“We spent three nights. Very comfortable,a bit smaller that we thought. We didn't use the amenities. I would go back next time we need to.”

“My husband and I have stayed here quite a few times and it’s usually very good. This time, when I checked in there were a few little misses I noticed. The clerk was a bit disheveled and not quite as helpful as the clerks from previous visits. Usually you could enjoy a complimentary cup of delicious coffee while you wait in line to check in. This time no coffee was available. We get to the room and we still wanted to have coffee before we went out for dinner. I had to wash the coffee pot...

“A very pleasant surprise. What a lovely place to stay in Penticton. The room had everything we needed in it, the fridge and microwave were a bonus. The owners were attentive and easy to communicate with. The pool looked lovely. Sadly, we didn't have bathing suits with us. Easy to get to the beach and the beach park, right across the street. Would definitely stay there again if in the area.”

“It's a very old facility, in a rough part of Penticton. There are lots of fast food places all around, and it's close to the hospital. Rooms smell like hospital rooms. The bed was lumpy and uncomfortable, but it was very clean. Part of the Inn is rented out on a monthly basis. You get what you pay for, nothing else. ”

“Check in no one there, had a phone # but no one answered, so happen handly man was driving by and was able to get code for room. Had no internet information guy get store help us get it, tv would not turn on had to shake wires that where stuffed in a desk had to do that twice in the 2fays, found used towels on hooks of bathroom door,. Phoned the number total of 3 times no one ever answered it or contacted us We will never stay here or the other hotels they manage.”

“Comfortable stay. Housekeeping every second day which was fine. Self-serve coffee/tea/water station in the lobby was convenient. I recommend.”
