This was the filthiest place I have ever stayed at. The pillows were yellow and had sweat and food stains all over. The electrical sockets were hanging out of the walls or someone many years ago tried to scotch tape them to the wall. (Be careful with small kids!!) Thick layers of dirt on the walls. Lots of old food and dried “stuff” behind all furniture. Found a dirty sock on the floor. The fridge was not working. I asked to have it looked at but no one did so I had to throw out all the food I had brought for the weekend. AC very noisy. Did not get much sleep. Left this place 2 nights earlier than planned. Health department should visit this place! Horrible!

I wanted to leave a more favorable review, however the staff at the property is really lacking in any form of customer service. I left a pair of shorts and sweat pants in the dresser drawer and sent a friend to retrieve them the following day and staff made no effort to return my belongings. It was also impossible to get the same lazy woman behind the desk to print me a receipt. If they fixed the staff issues, occupancy would soar because they are in a good location with a decent property. Paul

It was clean and nice but won’t stay again.
We had an amazing stay. Rooms were clean, employees were friendly, the pool and spa was very nice. The only thing that I didn’t like is that they watch the cameras and literally wait until you leave so that they can go in the room. I left one time out of the two days we were there and they had all the time in the world to knock and ask if we needed anything but waited until I left. Complete invasion of privacy. It was nice but I will not be staying at this one again due to them being sneaky.

Rooms was full of roaches. Found roaches in the bathroom, sink, and on the bed along with cigarette ashes and burn holes everywhere. Spoke to staff and they didn’t even look up at me nor cared to comment or comp. Said I had to come here to get any resolution. Stayed here last year with a huge group (700 people) and we will not be going back and will be advising all to avoid at all costs. This is easily a $29 room… not $80

Weekend stay
We were there for a dock diving dog event. The staff was very friendly. Breakfast was good but do wish it had more options. Our room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Only issue was the room didn’t get as cold as we would have liked. But that may have been due to it being 108 degrees outside. Overall the stay was pleasant.

Didn’t appeal to us the second time around.
We got to the hotel around 10pm. We opened the door and the smell, was something else. The staleness, the as rough. We opened the fire to try to air out. The ac wasn’t in so it took around 1 am to cool off. The bed skirt hadn’t been changed in quite sometime due to the dust and nastiness there. The sheets themselves appeared clean.

There were roaches in the room. We moved and still had small roaches. I’ll not be staying there again or recommending it to friends or family.

Not the cleanest 😞
The staff at the check in desk was amazing! The housekeeping crew, not so much. There was dust on everything, the headboard to the bed had something smeared all over it, there was hair in the towels and on the shower, and before leaving the hotel, I sat in my car and watched housekeeping “cleaning” the room next to mine. To my disbelief they simply remade the bed with the same sheets someone else slept on and dumped trash from the room into a can outside without changing the can liner. Very unsanitary.

Arrive to the property around 6 PM Friday, July 7. I was very sad to find out the pool closes at 9 PM. Breakfast is not served until 7 AM. Two of the main reasons for booking this hotel. I also noticed after checking in that our room had a moldy smell to it. Also are toilet had urine all over it. Woke up to bugs in my bed. Worst hotel experience of my life. When I noticed the bugs, I was gonna be asked to be moved to a different room. Also find out the front desk staff had left for the evening. Couldn’t even check out this morning because nobody was there to do it.
