Todo muy bien, El personal súper amable y el hotel muy lindo, lo único es que un poco anticuada la decoración de las habitaciones.

The resort had an amazing view, and the staff were amazing. They have gone above and beyond to make our stay a wonderful experience. Rooms were very clean and it was worth to upgrade to a room with pool access.

The beach with was the main reason for choosing the property was an absolute disaster! Impossible for swimming due to pollution. Property is very dated, rooms have mold issues. The breakfast area is too crowded and not managed efficiently. Overall, very friendly staff though! The spa was nice too.

Resort is beautiful and the staff were great. The property is a bit remote relative to the things you may want to do around Phuket but most of your immediate needs can be covered by the resort. Views are incredible.

The pictures of this resort are MUCH nicer than the actual facilities. The food was good and staff was friendly but could be hard to find if needed. They did have great golf carts to take you to your room or where ever you needed to go on the property. Chairs at the pools were very limited so you needed to get there early even at the largest pool on the property there were only about 20 lounge chairs.

For the price of the stay it’s hard to justify the reason for the excessive charges that are after purchase. A 6000 Baht deposit is required that does not get returned to your card in any sort of reasonable time (2 weeks to refund a deposit). The in room bar prices are 3 - 4 times that of the store just down the road. And the buffet dinner cost 3200 Baht for two people to eat mediocre food. The area is amazing and that’s all that saves grace for this hotel. My balcony was infested with huge red ants, one of which bit my foot and I was running a fever for 2 days after the bite. The bathtub drain held nothing and the tub had to be left running to maintain a full level. There was broken glass all over the beach as well.

Hervorzuheben ist das freundliche Personal und das hervorragende Essen im Thai Restaurant. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt ebenfalls kaum Wünsche offen. Unser Zimmer war großzügig mit einer tollen Aussicht. Die Buchung eines Zimmers mit Pool würde ich mir beim nächsten Mal sparen. Vom Zustand des 5 Sterne Hauses waren wir enttäuscht. Der Renovierungsstau ist in jeder Ecke ersichtlich.

The service at the hotel is very good. The staff is very kind and professional. You feel welcome at hotel. Good food in the hotels thai restaurants, but you pay hotel prices. Breakfast was fine and the service here was also great. The facilities were not new, but still fine and well maintained. The beach was fine but the water at the beach was not clean. Overall a very great hotel with excellent service from the staff.

Really nice hotel, short taxi for town but beware taxis charge a lot from hotel so arrange yourself if possible. Whole hotel needs some tlc, e.g. broken tiles, jacuzzi jets.

Service and friendliness of staff is great. Hotel condition (rooms, bathrooms, public areas and building) is not at a 4 or 5 star level. Surroundings are beautiful and atmosphere in general is quite and great. Beach is absolutely not for a beach holiday nor swimming

Everything was perfect! The view is phenomenal overlooking the Siray Bay from a mountain cliff. The staff was extremely accommodating, always attentive to our needs. Our room was fabulous with a breathtaking view. We booked a boat trip to Phi Phi Island and a Phuket City tour. Both were amazing and less than or equal to the price of other tours. We kayaked and paddle boarded in the gorgeous bay for no charge through the hotel. We highly recommend this fantastic resort hotel!!

The Westin Siray Bay is fabulous! Our rooms were amazing...comfortable, clean, spacious, luxurious, modern...I couldn't ask for more. The view and private pool were spectacular. Highly recommend!

Overall the experience was top notch, there was some minor things about the property like the beach area was not the best, we had an issue with our air conditioning that flooded in to our room a little bit but the overall experience the resort offered was amazing because of the hospitality and sincerity of the staff is what made us really like the stay. The food was good with the all inclusive I highly recommend if you are going to be drinking the options are limited but the expense is nothing. The Bhat to the USD is a big difference and you can live like a king for a week with only 400USD that’s like roughly 10,000 bhat. The Thai massages were amazing in limelight mall by old Phuket town. The town itself was an experience you def want to walk around and check out the shops and the food. When you are at the resort make sure to stop by the tourist desk and do Phi Phi island with “Seanery” boat tours the are the best.

Average hotel with AC issues. Problem was fixed next day but loss Freon in the morning, we were leaving so didn’t tell staff. Breakfast buffet was same everyday, I was bored by the third day.
