“This B&B is all about the location, which is great, right on the quay, our room even had views of the quay and boats which was a pleasant surprise. Everything is walkable. We parked our car in the Stearmans Yard Car Park and didn't use our car until check out. Plenty of restaurants and pubs within 5-10 minute walk, a little bus behind the B&B takes you to the beach if you don't want to walk, although its £2pp each way! “Wells next the sea is, as always, simply stunning and unique. The Globe Hotel is well situated in a leafy area of Wells. The room was okay, if a little tired, decor wise ie: paintwork needed touching up, but was clean and well stocked with beverages both hot and cold. The bed was a tad uncomfortable for sleeping, it felt like a well used mattress. On the whole the staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was well presented with a good choice of hot dishes along with continental food.”

“Beautiful property, decorated and appointed to a high standard. Great spot to retire to after a long day exploring the area. Breakfast was spot on and just what we needed to set us up for the next day's adventures too. “Lovely room, down the road from the pub: just a short distance, and parked on the road outside. This is a posh village, which seems to have multiple pubs/ accommodation, and reportedly an excellent 'Deli'. A beautiful area, easily accessed on the A149, past Sandringham, north of Kings Lynn. Excellent walking, quiet roads, good trails very nearby. I was there on business, just for the one night, but had a great stay, thankyou! Breakfast was good, though only available from 08:30, so maybe this...

“We had a lovely time at the Pheasant Hotel, the staff were very hard working, could not do any more to make our stay relaxing, happy smiling staff, the hotel was on a country lane so very quite, food was delicious ,room was good, quiet, view was just of the grass bank, but we were only in the room to sleep. In a good position to explore all of the coast line, which was just beautiful .We would happily go back to this hotel.”

“Property has been upgraded downstairs and the restaurant and bar area are lovely as is the outside courtyard. When you go upstairs it’s apparent that an upgrade is still required. Our room - 3 - overlooked a very busy main road and the secondary double glazing did nothing to keep the constant traffic noise at bay. There are two windows in that’s room. And they are old and rotten. Triple glazed windows required. Carpets need replacing. Bathroom has been upgraded and is very pleasant but b&b...

“Staff were very courteous and accommodating, and gave helpful suggestions about the local area. Breakfast was made to order at our chosen time. Unfortunately, I thought the room looked rather tired and I found the bed quite uncomfortable, with hard ridges across the mattress all the way down. The bathroom in our room was OK but quite small. There were no shelves or anywhere to put toiletries or cosmetics. ”
