I liked that it was reasonably priced and that we were able to get a ground floor room on short notice. However, the parking lot was being re-done and it was noisy. Also, pillowcases were stained (but replaced quickly), as was the side of the mattress. A/C was set to be automatic, but it got either too hot or too cold all night. I reported it on check-out and was told it could have been adjusted. But we HAD adjusted it more than once.

I did like the area of property.. The office closed at 11:00 pm..If you arrived after this time, sweet dreams inside your car.. The first floor room was cleaned but it smelled bad musty.. I believe they are the consequences of the floods of last hurricane..Easy parking, cleaned area..

Stayed here Thanksgiving night and was very pleased. We just needed a cheap hotel and since I've stayed at a few motel 6's, i wasnt expecting it to be as nice and clean as it was. Its also very close to the beach. Would definitelt stay here with my family again!

Very Appreciative of our Business & it showed
Very accommodating staff!! I’ve stayed in several places and honestly NONE of them were as friendly and willing to get us whatever we needed! They made us very comfortable for being in an unknown town. I had a few special requests and they filled them all. Would highly recommend this Motel

Bad customer service and rude neighbors.
We were kept up by load drunk people outside our room for several hours by other guest and front desk were less than helpful to resolve the issue . Several guest were upset. We found front desk people very unpleasant and almost rude. We have stayed here multiple times but this maybe our last.

Its an ok place to lay your head down but I would definitely not stay here again. The entire place smells like mildew and mold, the back of the sink was all molded and the bedding smelled like it had sat in a washer for 3 days wet and then dried. There were pubic hairs all over the sheets and long brown hairs all over the bathroom floor. The mattresses were new, however and no bed bugs or roaches were seen.

I was very disappointed
When I booked the room. I had no idea they were doing all kinds of construction and painting one of the days I was there. I stopped back at the hotel mid day to take a shower, and when I went to leave again, they were painting the walkway in front of the door so I had to walk on not dry paint, the day I left, there is no ice in the ice machine the side of the building I was on there were very bright lights from the street. I think my radiance on the prior page were higher than what I would give it. I would’ve spent another 20 $30 more and stayed someplace else had I known so much work was being done there on a scale of 1 to 10 I would give it a four

5 star rating me.
Even though the hotel is undergoing some renovations, our room was quiet and clean. The office staff were very friendly and helpful. Being a pet friendly place, they gave us a room close to the walking area. I really appreciated that since I had recently had back surgery. We will definitely return.

They wouldn't let me have the room because i only had a dogtal.id because i was on a boat so i had to drive a hour and half all.back to st.pete.so there for I'd like a refund

Clean, Comfortable place to stay
Great place to spend the night. Nice bar/ restaurant next door. They are continuing to rebuild after the hurricane so don't let the outside look scare you off. Rooms are updated, clean and well lit. Pool is clean with a new fence. Parking lot is well lit with new outside parking lot lights

Room was updated and very clean, outside was a major construction zone, 2/3 of property in various state of renovation / repair. Asked when checking in if this was still from Hurricane Ian but attendant not very welcoming.

The property is in shambles over 6 months since the hurricane, yet they used fake stock photos and charge full price as if the property wasn't a craphole, with most of the room doors left open for construction (and squatters) which makes it incredibly loud very early in the morning amd late into the night. The "new" "completed" room we were given, looked poorly slapped together. There was a warped plastic cover over an electrical junction box directly above the shower! There were actual leaves, to go along with the dirt, under the covers, as if the bedding isn't washed between guests. There were no lamps, no alarm clock or anything really, but it did have a bed with a small tv.

Clean and Comfortable
The hotel is going through some major renovations due the the past couple of hurricanes. However the the room was nice, clean and updated. This is not a fancy resort but is a clean, comfortable place to stay. I will definitely stay again when I am in town for business.

Good quiet clean and close to beach
The manager was extremely pleasant and allowed us an early check-in since we were going to Sanibel and would be getting in late. Our dog was welcome there; our room was very clean, had a refrig and microwave and beds comfortable. It was only a few miles to the west coast beaches we came to explore and we enjoyed our stay very much. Due to Hurricane Ian, they were in midst of some renovations March 2023 but it was very quiet and area was kept clean.

Pleasant stay
I booked a room for my grandson and his significant other. He said it was clean and comfortable and it had a microwave and small fridge, but no coffee maker. There was significant construction going on, but he said they did not start really early, so it did bother them too much. The only disappointment was the pool was also under construction so they were not able to swim. Overall it was a pleasant 3-day stay.

Very heavy construction going on so you had to track in dirt and it was a pain to deal with I’m really surprised they even rented out the fur rooms they did most other rooms were to construction workers.

Overpriced for the experience you get
The man that checked us in was super nice. The hotel is under some major work from the looks of it, but that is understandable due to the storm that hit. The area was a bit noisy but not annoying. The room was spacious but needed to be cleaned better. The tile needed mopping there were spill marks on it. The shower grout had some mildew, orange color build up and black hairs stuck to the tile shower wall. The head board had not been cleaned when the sun light it hit you could see marks from where other guest had laid-back against it & rested their heads. When we pulled back the blankets there were a few black hairs on the sheet. The sheets and some hand towels had some stains on them. The bed was very hard and the pillows very flat. We were not expecting much since the area is in recovery from a storm but it could have been cleaner and more comfortable. We stayed 1 night only. There are workers that are staying there and they hung out in the room they were quite but we could hear furniture being dragged across the tile floor in the middle of the night. Considering the hotels conditions in all it is to over priced.
