La limpieza esta excelente , pero hubo un problemas con el servicio de frondeks que no me pareció al otro día , decidimos quedarnos otro día el domingo , y nos cambiaron de habitación por que no te avisan cuando llegas que no dan servicio a las habitaciones cuando te quedas más de 1 noche , y después llegamos a pedir otra llave extra porque olvide mi llave en la habitación , y no nos creían porque la muchacha del frondeks del domingo solo nos dio el cuarto pero no cambio la el nombre , y como que ese cuarto ya estaba reservado , y Para el frondeks no coincidía el nombre con la reservación , fue un show !! Y no me pareció , solo pedían disculpas 😖 y disculpas

I was mortified by yhe cleanliness of this location. Dinner and bar closed at 8pm and breakfast was horrible service. Why have a breakfast menu by the entrance of the hotel if it's not opened. Tried to have lunch at 12:30pm and was closed. I found out in the morning while getting in the shower there was a used bar of soap. Behind the bathroom door, and sink was nasty. Im requesting a refund.

The property and the staff where very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and linens fresh. The shower is outdated and fixtures need replaced. The beds are absolutely horrible and uncomfortable. Mattresses are squeaky and uneven. Pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. Fix the beds and this place would be perfect.

It was a decent hotel for the price but was expecting a lot better/nicer with photos uploaded of hotel. It’s nothing more than a regular hotel type of room. Staff was welcoming and courteous so nothing towards them. It’s in a decent location very close to whiskey row and the rooms had decent views but in short, the hotel could use a facelift. Wouldn’t choose to stay here again but wouldn’t be too upset if I did either. Not the worst, not the best.

My son and I stayed for 3 nights at the end of February. The weather was perfect but more importantly, our stay was great! The best part of this place is the staff and the staff at Bucky’s casino (which is attached to resort). The resort is well kept. The only issue we had was one of the lighting fixture in the bathroom didn’t work. In all fairness we never complained about it , so they may have fixed it while we were there. The location is good as well. Close to downtown and several different stores and eateries. Overall, it’s a great place to stay.

I like the location and the view from our room. The restaurant/bar was good but expensive for what you got. The room however was old and very outdated. The carpet had folds that were a tripping hazard and needed updating. I did like the nice couch and size of the room. The room had a small kerig with 2 coffee pods for use and a mini fridge was provided but no microwave. The cups were plastic or cardboard and they provided 2 of each. The bed was okay but on the firm side (too firm for me) but the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. The pool was nice and we liked the hot tub, but the pool towels were so small and thin you'd need to use a couple. Overall I was disappointed for the price of the room and expected more.

Bed was awful…. Slanted down. The sink had a bad leak and the granite bathroom sink had a large crack in it. They were nice enough to change our room after the first night though.

The property feels old and run down. The phone was missing most of the buttons and there was very little water pressure in the shower. The tv remoter would not turn the tv on. Pain on balcony is peeling.

We went in winter and it was pretty low occupancy but we enjoyed our night at the resort. The staff was very friendly and the views were beautiful. We especially loved the drinks and appetizers at the bar with the view! Unfortunately it was snowing so we couldn’t enjoy the fire pits on the patio. Quick drive to downtown!
