Once our restaurant reopens, we're delighted to arrange room service for a pot of coffee to be sent to your room. While snacks aren't available in the lobby, our rooms have fully stocked Smeg fridges with a variety of snacks and beverages for purchase. Additionally, complimentary water is available 24/7 in our library room. I understand the oversight, and we will review how to better communicate these options to our guest. We appreciate your insights, and your feedback helps us in our continuous efforts to enhance the guest experience.
