Conveniently located for a one night stop
Convenient freeway access. Take into consideration that hotel has no elevators and my room was in second floor. We had four pieces of heavy luggage. Breakfast room is quite small and gets very busy

Ideal para ir de compras
El hotel se encuentra limpio, las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, están bien equipadas, con refrigerador, horno de microondas, cafetera, etc.. El único detalle es que se encuentra muy lejos del aeropuerto o la estación del tren. Pagué 30 USD por el traslado al y del aeropuerto. Está muy bien ubicado para ir a Outlet de Gilroy, una estación del tren se encuentra exactamente frente al hotel y existe una parada de camión que te deja en el Mall en 5 minutos.

Unfortunately there were issues with the clogging of toilets, dirty towels and sheets and much more. Overall it sufficed for the couple days I was staying there but definitely not the cleanest experience

If you’re looking for something convenient and for the price was a good place to stay. They had complimentary breakfast. They didn’t have notice that the pool was seasonal when I booked but the weather wasn’t great for the pool anyways. We stayed there for a week and had room service twice and twice had to go downstairs at night to get towels and shampoo cause room wasn’t done. We like to sleep in abit but asked housekeeping to come later but I guess they thought we said no I guess as there was a language barrier there too. But for the price your getting this was a comfortable place to stay. The carpet felt like it needs a really good carpet clean as it was sticky in some areas

the reviews kind of held me back at first but it’s really not a bad place. staff is nice, location is pretty central to a lot of shopping/food and less than a 15 minute drive to the airport. maybe this place use to allow smoking in the rooms and never changed out the carpet but it’s really not bad when you leave the AC on. wallpaper and bathroom in general are super dated but again, it’s all visual things that i had a problem with. bed was comfy, pillows were good, shower had hot water. nothing i can complain about.

Power was out my entire stay… 12 hours, no hot water, no ice, no door key, no notice of power outage, no extra blanket or offer of additional assistance, just a bed and bathroom in the dark…they could have done way better!!!

The pool was closed and the ice machine was not working. We had to press the elevator button over and over again for the button to light up. The hotel is good for the price.

I left a bag at the door of my room that had over $100 worth of vitamins and groceries and a new medical prescription. Housekeeping did not turn that in nor did they call me to let me know it was left there. When I called to find out about it, they claimed they never saw it.
