Terrible experiencia si llegas con auto, tienen servicio de estacionamiento pero no te lo ofrecen los recepcionistas y no entiendo porqué, hay un circo de autos afuera ya que los encargados de estacionar no son ni amables, ni organizados. Hay lámparas en la habitación envueltas en cinta de lo viejas que son.

El sistema de ventilación hace ruido en la habitación, similar a una cisterna de baño, pero es un ruido continuo. Pero la atención por parte del personal fue buena.

El check in fue tarde, pasado las 3.30pm porque el cuarto no estaba listo. Las llaves no funcionaban, el internet deficiente. El personal en recepción no está calificado para una atención al público.

Tiene una excelente ubicación. Salvo eso lo demás es terrible el personal no habla inglés y el que lo habla no atiende correctamente a los huéspedes tres días para cambiar un servibar que no funciona la limpieza terrible dos días sin cambio de sabanas. Yo soy diabético y necesitaba el servibar para guardar mi insulina. No parece estar afiliada a la cadena NH Hotels de ninguna forma.

Not my first option for next trip
It is a very old hotel and really needs a good reshape the first room I got smelled a lot of cigarets and system was not working and for the price you pay you expect more is high than average in price and the expectation is big but it is not delivered

El hotel y el cuarto estuvieron muy bien. Está muy cerca del centro y de la estación de tren. Afuera hay también una pequeña terminal de autobuses.

NH Siena una muy buena decisón !
Haber elegido el HN Siena, fué la mejor decisión que hemos tomado. Muy buen servicio y amabilidad del estaff. La habitacion muy limpia, cómoda y dotada de los implementos de aseo necesarios en el baño. El desayuno un buffet bastante completo y fresco.

Hotel bien situado junto al casco histórico. Eramos un grupo y una de las habitaciones no había sido limpiada cuando llegamos a las 23 horas. Fallo inexplicable. La habitación que nos dieron en su lugar era peor.

Luxury hotel near the city centre
Everything was more than OK, but for one little detail: the bathroom had a wet floor when we entered the room. It was cleaned and hadnt been dried before we arrived. Sticky floor during our stay. The rest of the experience elwas excellent

Ubicación a 5 minutos a pie de lugares de interés. Estacionamiento gratuito a 5 min a pie del hotel. Habitación de aprox 30 m2 pero confortable. Desayuno muy bueno.
