1 zakje douchegel/shampoo per persoon. Kamer naast de ontbijt zaal veel geluid. Ramen niet goed geïsoleerd dus je hoort heel de nacht en dag auto’s en motors. Personeel niet vriendelijk komen de kamer meerdere keren in zonder reden. Kamer niet schoongemaakt bij 2 nachten slapen. Airco valt steeds uit en word niet heel koud. Nieuwe handdoeken moesten we om vragen bij de receptie omdat de kamer niet opgeruimd was dus alle oude handdoeken opgespaard in de kamer. Er is nog veel meer om op te noemen. Ik heb geen goede ervaring gehad en ik zou het niemand aanraden

Our hotel is located in the historical center, so we cannot guaratee a condition of absolute silence. If you want absolut silence, it's better to stay at a farm. It was possible to tidy up the room and change linen because you never left your room before 14:00. We tried several times to call to infirm that the room reorganisation is scheduled from 9:00 to 14:00, but you have never answered. If the shower/shampoo sets were not enough, it would have been enough to ask and we would have given them to you. We're sorry you were sick, but you didn't us to give you a good service

Do not, I repeat, do not pay the city tax in cash to Barbara. She is at the front desk and when we arrived she asked for us to pay right away the city tax (6 euros) in cash only. When we checked out there was no register of this transaction. The lady at the front desk called her and she denied to have received it. I sincerely hope the owner of this hotel read this and pay more attention to Barbara’s behavior towards their customers. The hotel is very noisy at night. We heard some other clients complaining about the noise downstairs on Friday and Saturday night as well. The lady in charge of the breakfast room is nice and polite.

non c'era acqua calda per entrambi i giorni. Dopo la prima notte mi era stato detto che il problema si era risolto e l'acqua era effettivamente tiepida ma il secondo giorno è tornata fredda.

Dreary dirty dated scary place …worse bed I’ve see
The place is horrible. If it had been cheap I wouldn’t complain but it was a $150/night stay. I left the hotel after finding a beautiful brand new boutique hotel 3 blocks away for the same price. The entrance is dirty and scary. You have to ring a bell to be let in and take a dirty dated elevator where the lobby is. The only person working there greets you. He didn’t speak English or Spanish. The bathroom is the best feature. It looked recently renovated. But the bed had a noisy and hard mattress. It was impossible to make the AC work decently…in the Sicilian heat of August! The air coming out was hard to feel. The hallways, the room itself…everything was old and smelly. The paid breakfast was a ticket to go to a bar across the street and get coffee plus a sweet or a salty think (according to the English of the reception person) I threw my money making the reservation. I left and booked another hotel.

Great location, close to a large and cheap car park and to the main attractions in Syracuse and Ortiga. Super friendly staff and a good room. The breakfast was lovely too.

Hôtel le muse.
Hôtel proche de l’ile D’ortigia à pied. Mais attention pas de parking réservé pour l’hotel. Accueil réception parfait - mais manque de diversité pour le petit déjeuner. Hôtel bruyant car la rue est très passante de jour comme de nuit - réserver à l’arrière de l’hôtel.

Struttura assolutamente priva di manutenzione dei servizi interni delle camere, soprattutto quelli idraulici sono pessimi, WC con tavoletta rotta, doccia otturata, incompleto cambio degli asciugamani, materassi orribili spacca schiena, rumore insopportabile dall'esterno. Colazione discreta, comunque varia ed abbondante. Come aspetto positivo molto importante c'è la comodissima vicinanza con l'isola di Ortigia di Siracusa. Difficoltà massima di parcheggio gratuito ma vicinissimo ad uno pubblico a pagamento.

This hotel is very conveniently located so that one can walk to attractions both in Syracuse and in Ortigia. Rooms were very simple and very clean. Staff was very helpful.

Nice place easy walk to old city. Does have businesses that stay open late and on busy street with lots of early morning traffic but AC helps eliminate most of that. Friendly staff. Nice breakfast.

Beware Hotel is Located above a Disco
Le Muse hotel is located above a disco and four restaurant bars. The disco was directly under our room and the noise deafening until 3 am on the Friday when we checked in. I made reservations for four nights for two rooms but after a completely sleepless night we checked out of the hotel. Street noise is one thing with cars and motor cycles but disco music blasting and 300 people below in the street screaming and shouting until 3 am is impossible! Expedia should be watching out for their customers. We stayed one night and we were willing to pay for one night for two rooms even though we were unable to sleep, but because Expedia did not intervene on our behalf we were stuck paying for four nights in a hotel that was too noisy to sleep in. The hotel offered to move us into new rooms on Sunday but they could not guarantee us quiet. The hotel said they would work Expedia but they lied to us.

Accueil très professionnel et serieux. Chambre très bruyante donnant sur une grande artère sans double vitrage... Très mauvaise expérience le soir à minuit en rentrant à l'hôtel après être allés dîner: 2 clients attendant devant la porte, après avoir sonné plusieurs fois sans succès, nous avons téléphoné à l'hôtel, quelqu'un a répondu mais ne parlait pas italien. Ce n'est qu'au bout de 10 minutes à batailler avec l'autre couple que nous sommes finalement rentrés pour voir qu'il y avait quelqu'un a la réception... Je me suis vu dormir dehors.. . C'est inadmissible! C'est la 1ere fois que cela m'arrive en 15 ans de voyages en Europe... Petit déjeuner assez maigre...

連泊したくなるホテルでした。女性のペアに最適かも。
大変気に入りました。1泊だったのが残念です。部屋は広いです。豪華ではありませんが全体がアイボリーで統一されていて、バルコニーからオルティージャ島が見えます。共通のテラスがあったり、共通部分の装飾もセンスが光ります。スタッフは全員女性でとてもフレンドリーです。小さいけれど居心地のいいホテルでした。オルティージャ島で夜食事をしても歩いて戻れる距離です。 朝小さな停電が2回ありましたが、みな騒ぐ様子はなく、シチリアではよくあることなのかな。

Very clean, well-located
Le Muse is ideally located for sightseeing, just a few blocks from the bridge over to Ortigia, with all the things one wants to see, the high-end shops, great restaurants, and the weekend evening people-watching. The hotel is well-maintained and if cleanliness is next to godliness, this is holy ground! The walls may be a bit thin (we could hear the neighbors sometimes, but it didn't really disturb us). Staff was very helpful and friendly.

駅にもオルティジアにも近く、便利でした。表の通りが少し騒がしかったですが、それは仕方ありません。部屋も広く、快適でした。

Havde booket værelse for 10 dages ophold ud fra beskrivelse og billeder af hotellet på Hotel.com. Præciseret, at jeg ønskede et værelse med adgang til altan/terrasse som vist. Fik ved ankomst tildelt et værelse ud til meget befærdet vej og uden altan - ingen dagslys fik vi i værelset. Gjorde opmærksom på, at jeg gerne ville have et andet værelse, hvilket ikke var let. Fik efter 3 dage tildelt et værelse med adgang til terrasse - lækkert, men.... Værelset var pænt rent, men det viste sig, at badeværelset lugtede som en kloak, og vandet kunne kun løbe ud af brusenichen, hvis vi fjernede afløbsdækslet. Da vi klagede, fik vi efter et par dage at vide, at det var et kendt problem, at der var lugtgener i dette værelse :-( Ikke godt nok! Ved afrejse gjorde vi opmærksom på, at vi fandt det urimeligt, at vi skulle betale 10 euro ekstra pr. nat for det nye værelse. Dette resulterede i, at vi slap for dette. Personalet var søde og rare, men svært at der flere dage sad en i receptionen, som ikke kunne tale engelsk. Har ikke lyst til at vende tilbage.

Hôtel correct sans plus avec une bonne situation
Nous sommes restés 3 nuits, accueil agréable, petit-déjeuner correct. La chambre n'avait pas de vue mer ou port, mais vue sur une petite cour intérieure, ce qui nous a peut-être permis d'être au calme. Chambre correcte au niveau déco, et état de la salle de bains. Gros souci sur la literie, déplorable! Un solarium au dernier niveau. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Syracuse et notamment le quartier Ortygie, sans avoir l'inconvénient d'y habiter: situé à 5min, et relativement facile de se garer aux alentours pour la nuit. En résumé, hôtel correct mais sans plus, avec un bon emplacement.

Veldig hyggelig personale. Litt varmt på hotellet, det var ikke mulig å la airconditioning stå på når du ikke var på rommet. Det var også gulvvarme på badet, denne gikk det ikke an å skru av. Ellers rene lokaler og god beliggenhet

Hotel vicino ad Ortigia
Hotel comodo perchè vicino ad Ortigia, ci siamo trovati veramente bene, personale simpatico e disponibile ci ha dato un buon consiglio di visitare le Catacombe di San Giovanni (molto grandi e suggestive). Carina la struttura di nuovissima realizzazione, camera grande, pulita, semplice con i comfort. Colazione perfetta, ricca e di ottima qualità. Se dovessi ritornare a Siracusa soggiornerei nuovamente in questo hotel.

Situation idéale mais chambre un peu petite
Hôtel très bien situé, proche d'Ortigia. Hôtel propre. Cependant nous sommes arrivés fin d'après midi et il y avait des odeurs peu agréables. Attention le Wi-Fi n'est accessible qu'à la réception. Le lit est très confortable. La chambre que nous avions au 2ème étage était un peu petite malheureusement.

Bella struttura, da poco ristrutturata, in posizione molto comoda (vicina ad Ortigia, ma anche alla stazione ferroviaria e degli autobus). Staff gentile e disponibile. Discreta la prima colazione. Interessante rapporto qualità/prezzo. La città è splendida! Insomma, cosa desiderare di più?

Avis plutot neutre, seul la localité de l'hotel valait la peine, 5 minutes a pied de Ortigia. Les lits n'étaient pas du meilleur confort, le service était médiocre. Propreté était acceptable

駅のバスターミナルにもオルティージャにも徒歩圏内なのでアクセスは便利です。設備等は値段相応ですが、一泊寝るだけなら充分です。

situation , et amenagement....
hotel avec une tres bonne situation pour la visite de syracuse! trop bonne , effectivement le bruit de la rue , et le double vitrage inexistant ne favorise pas le somail, mais le reste est vraiment bien

abbiamo apprezzato molto la pulizia della camera e la posizione! persone alla reception molto gentili da cui abbiamo ricevuto suggerimenti su ristorantini frequentati dai siracusani.

Burde jobbet litt mer med luftningsanlegget, det lyktet temmelig surt både i rommet og på badet. Frokosten stid vi over da den var dekket med fluer og kaffen var kald. Godt mulig vi var ekstra uheldige.
