Great studio in the heart of Breck.
Very comfortable studio condo. Easy walk everywhere so I didn't even need the free shuttle provided, which would have been very convenient as well. Good wifi.

Close to town.
Love the location. Close to downtown. I loved using ski country.com as my agent because they have a service van that took us places. My biggest complaint one roll of toilet paper for four days and three people… Go buy your own, seriously!

We stay in this building a couple times a year, this trip it was just myself and a buddy. It has a comfortable bed and a pull out couch. Kitchen had what we needed. Location Location Location... You can't beat it. Great little get away for 2 people... They need to fix the elevator... I would rent again.

Property is dated, but some things inside have been updated. Not addressed: The bed and sitting chair are simply too broken down to be comfortable. The fireplace screen was broken and we had to go get our own matches. There was no coffee or coffee filters for the coffee maker. The fridge smelled bad and ice cube trays were empty. The kitchen was poorly outfitted. No frying pan, one wine glass and none of the little things that would be convenient like foil or wrap. The hair dryer sparked while on, making hair drying a bit frightening. The noise from the restaurant right below made ear plugs a necessity. It would be nice to be advised of the restaurant and then take care of the details!

3.5 Stars but I would still recommend....
Location was great. Right by everything you need. I'm a skier and would have given this place a 5 Star, just on location alone. Buuuut....the bed was really uncomfortable. The water heater only supplied about 10 minutes of water. Beware!

Fine for the sale price
It was weird that the checkin was at a different location and closed so early at night. There was also no AC in the room and we were there in the beginning of July. But the location was great & the room was big enough

We stayed here for a weekend ski trip. We were looking for a reasonably priced place to stay that had a kitchen and was close to the slopes. It's a short walk to the peak 9 base area/lift. The kitchen is nice...plenty of dishes, pots and pans, etc. There are restaurants located on the first floor of the building and we did hear noise from the kitchens and smelled smells from the restaurant a couple times. It is close to main street, so there are plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. There is a hot tub located in the center of the courtyard of condos, however we didn't use it (the location of it is a little odd because everyone can walk out their door and look straight at it). We would stay here again.

Great location in Breckenridge... Parking garage was challenging to maneuver with tight spaces and not much room to angle your car. Checkout was 10 am and not able to extend for even an hour which made us hurry through the morning. Staying on a lower floor you could hear people/cleaning crew walking above in the early morning. Again, good location and clean, but I would probably look elsewhere next time I go to Breck.

I would not recommend this unit. It was extremely uncomfortable. I stayed here with my boyfriend for a 3 day weekend in Breck. The bed was very uncomfortable making a squeaky noise every single time you moved. It was loud enough to wake you up from your sleep. That's when we decided to sleep on the sofa bed the next day. As we are opening it we find an old sock right in the middle of the bed. How disgusting!! There is loud thumps and loud footsteps being heard throughout the day. There is also a restaurant right below which is very disturbing around 11PM. You can hear them banging dishes and working to loud music. Very very uncomfortable not being able to rest after a long busy day in Breck. We would arrive at the unit just wanting to rest after a long day of biking/hiking to come to loud noises and an old bed. Please invest in your units, at least in unit 109 so people like us who really enjoyed the location can come back. I have nothing nice to say about this unit besides the location, I will not be

Bed VERY uncomfortable - put mattress the floor
The bed in unit 109 was EXTREMELY uncomfortable and the pillows were like flat cardboard. My husband and I are not complainers. We are go with the flow people. The bed was SO uncomfortable that we dragged the mattress onto floor to see if that would be an improvement. (We were told each owner furnishes their own unit, so other units may be much better.) The staff at the rental agency was very polite, friendly, and tried to be helpful.

Great stay for the pay
We were only in town for one night after a wedding but we were very impressed by the room and its location right next to main street. You are right walking distance to restaurants and shops.

Lockout on balcony inexcusable.
Location, excellent. Room was nice size, great clean kitchen, balcony faced mountain and river view. Would have rated room much higher with one MAJOR exemption. We locked ourselves out on the balcony. A hotel CANNOT have a door that opens from the inside yet is locked on the outside on it's balcony. That's okay and standard for the front door. It's ridiculous for the balcony door. I had to drop off a 12 foot high balcony,and only because there was a shed underneath to make it doable. As we were there off season no one was there to hear our yells for help. I was informed that it wasn't the first instance of this. No excuse for the condo owner to let this persist. Also, we could easily hear the tv of our neighbor somewhere in the building. Noise would probably be an issue during busy times. Otherwise, a great place and location.

Great Downtown Location steps from the lift
Family trip. Excellent location downtown. Walk across the street to lifts Ski rentals restaurants. Kitchen was well stocked. Private covered parking. Der Steiermark, worth the stay.
The room (109) was pretty good. not the best view of the mountains, but it did overlook the creek and had a partial mtn view. Other reviews were right about the room being hot, but once we turned the heat down or off it was fine. Location is great, as the property is literally around the corner from main street. Lots of great restaurants, shops, and bars within a minute or two walk. Ski shuttle stop is right there, or you can walk a little further and get right on Peak 9's lift. The hot tub was small, but definitely warm...almost too warm...but very clean. Which for those who own a hot tub know is always most important. For being one of the cheaper options to stay in Breckenridge, it was a good experience. I would recommend this place to anyone traveling to Breckenridge. It was perfect size for 2 people.

Would not stay here again. We had a real estate agent show the room twice without permission while we had personal belongings inside. The hot tub was out of service the entire time and the room was very outdated and not comfortable!!!

As these are individual condominiums, they are managed by an off-site vacation rental agency. However, our check in location is centrally located on Main Street and we do offer 24 hour on call emergency services as well as a complimentary shuttle service available exclusively to Ski Country Resorts guests. Again, we do apologize for your disappointment and the misunderstanding about services.

meet the artists show 2014
It was a west facing room so it was hot in the pm. Opening the window and door for the night took care of it. It was a perfect location for us in Breckenridge. Walkable to everthing. Beautiful views from the room. I'll be trying to stay here in the future.

We do understand that the lack of A/C in Breckenridge does cause for a couple of weeks in the July/August time frame that get a little hotter than is typical throughout the rest of the Summer season. Our front desk is always happy to provide a fan (based on availability) upon request.. Keeping the blinds closed during the day and opening the windows to let in the cool mountain air in the evening is typically an effective option as well. Very cozy and close to everything
Hotel was very nice. It is a old building but that is a part of its charm. Room was lovely except for old fashioned TV. Loved the bed, the bathroom and having a kitchen. Room was hot all the time but it is cold in breckenridge so didnt think much of heater being on too high. Better then freezing. Within 5 minutes of everything in breckenridge which was awesome. Staff was nice enough to get us check in to our room at noon instead of 4 so we could go to a festival and not worry about rushing to check in. Would definitely go again.

The condos were a little out dated but overall great value. Full kitchen with utensils. Wood burning fireplace was great and they supply the wood. Would stay there again.

Room was nice and cozy. It was great having a full kitchen so we could a few of our own meals and have refrigerated snacks! Best part was how super close and walking distance to sites dwntn.

Very Comfortable, but beware!
My husband and I stayed just overnight last weekend with some friends. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We stayed in number 106. However, our friends stayed down the hall in number 109, and they were directly above the kitchen of the Mexican restaurant below! The smell of the oil and the noise from the kitchen staff were pretty unbearable. Overnight temperatures of 19 degrees, but they had to keep airing out the room just to be able to breathe. Beware!

Comfort in the mountains
The room was exactly as specified & had more than what was needed. Location to all activities was perfect. I will stay with Der Steiermark time and time again. Thank you for making a home away from home.

Was expecting much more for $200/night; creepy end of hallway location, above a restaurant that was very noisy early am and late pm, near busy street with loud people and traffic.
