This is my 2nd time staying with this property. Our first visit wasn't the best but due to location we decided to try again. Our issue last time was the cleanliness of the room and the vape pens and accessories that were left behind. We didn't have that this time. We requested and paid for a room with a king size bed, defiantly felt like it was a queen. Our room was on the smaller size facing the highway. If you require a nice shower, we had 0 water pressure. It's a rain shower head so standing under that while it dribbled water was fun (not really). Toilet in the room didn't want to flush... all small things but slightly annoying when you pay for it to work. When leaving I mentioned it to front the desk so hopefully something resolves this. My suggestion when staying here... Book your room and when checking it go through the room first before getting comfortable. Location is great. Denny's & Chops are right in the same hotel. Directly located off the highway. Great shopping and movies theatres in the area for enjoyment.

We loved this place. We had our 4 grandkids with us and we were welcomed. all the staff was wonderful. the kids enjoyed the pool.

Great clean place to stay. The only thing is the pricing. Pre booked price was way more then day of booking. The front desk would not adjust.

Hotel is beautiful- quite large and has two excellent restaurants attached. The pool is truly prefect and kids loved surprise bonus of a hot tub that I didn’t even notice when booking. Would give 5 stars for pool area alone!! Staff is also friendly and helpful, very polite and always personable! Even at middle Of the night check in!! We had a jacuzzi suite and it was absolutely fantastic- would recommend that room to everyone!! Multicoloured lights and jets were a real treat to come back to at the end of a very long day. Only complaint was a neighbour - who decided to bust out of his room across the hall like Donkey Kong on crack at 6 am this morning. This is in no way a fault of hotel . Some people just aren’t great neighbours!! And aside from Kong, we couldn’t hear any hall noise . Room was nice and spacious !! I absolutely recommended staying here!

We loved everything about this hotel. The service, cleanliness, and more. My husband and I booked the Jacuzzi Suite and it was very spacious, clean, and comfortable. We will definitely be back. The two restaurants Denny's and Chop are attached to the hotel which is amazing. Thank you for a perfect night away with my husband. We will see you soon.

We own a transportation company and one of our drivers we’re staying here for 1 night. Woke the next morning to our truck with the catellic converter cut off the truck and a lot more vehicles in the parking lot had the same damage. The hotel manger simply offered a $5 coupon for a steakhouse. No outside cameras on the hotel so there was zero help. Never again. Had to file an insurance claim to cover the damages, close to $15,000!

I love staying there, the bed, pillows are very comfortable, staff is phenomenal….I do not staying any other hotel when I travel to Oakville. Other hotel charge $200 security deposit for one night and it takes sometime a week to return it, Sandman Hotel charge $50 security deposit and return it right away.. thank you

Because i get there at a certain time at night sometimes i do not get to use my VIP , 1they have it so it expires within 24 hrs , so even the next day i can't use it cause by morning ive got to go to work , i really don't think it's fair that i pay into this VIP and they put a expired date to it ,cause when i go to another Sandman hotel there is no expired date on it .

Had multiple issues during check in and with some hidden fees that weren’t really explained throughly. Everything did end up working out in the end but then when I tried checking out they almost charged me double for the room and I had to get things sorted once again. They should know what they really are doing
