Muy buen desayuno, había muchas cosas.El hotel esta bien aunque un poquito viejo, deberian retapizar los sillones y cambiar los aires acondicionados

No limpiaron el cuarto el dia domingo ,no teniamos toallas y las camas estaban sin hacer. Argumentaron que era domingo de pascua.

Hello, So sorry to hear about your experience with cleaning on Sunday. As an Extended Stay Hotel, our cleaning service is different than a typical hotel. We offer a daily light touch service through the week and cleaning by request only on the weekends. I apologize if you were not informed of this at check-in time so you could be given the opportunity to schedule a cleaning for Sunday.

Excelente opción para hospedarse en familia
El hotel cuenta con todos los servicios y desayuno bufete gratuito, las suites son amplias y cuentan con cocina, refrigerador y algunas con sala aparte de la recámara y un lugar para trabajar si así lo desead, estuvimos muy cómodos y muy a gusto.

Rude, unprofessional and confrontational. The front desk male who is bald and middle eastern is rude, he talks bad about other hotels to “brag or hype up stay ridge” which should be able to have a reputation and experiences that “speak for themselves” vs this employee... He tries to scam; talk bad and do as little as possible. He tried to charge me for a pet I didn’t have and then tried to trick my boyfriend into paying for a pet fee “not disclosed as a pet fee” AGAIN when I was unloading the car. I have Never had such horrible experiences. Expedia screwed up the hotels and information and he was less than pleasant and accommodating.

It was very noisy with loud music. I checked in at 10pm and was just looking to sleep. The music continued until the early hours of the morning and seemed to be coming from the hotel lobby. I went down to complain twice. I had previously stayed at this hotel and it was a good experience. This experience has made me never want to go back. The show head was also very unsteady and almost broken in room 220. Just a really subpar experience for a Staybridge property.

It's right off the highway so very convenient. The breakfast was included and it had a good selection. The room was very clean. My husband and I stayed there but it is very family and dog friendly. During the weekend it was very busy with families but during the week it was much quieter. Good value. I would stay there again.

I book suits for 5 people and they have everything setup for only 2 . We were so tired and I went downstair to ask comforter as there were only two. In morning I noticed that they put only 2 towel. Again in morning I went 3 times to ask towels and we have to check out as well on same day. We were getting delayed.

This hotel needs an urgent renovation of the rooms. It feels un-healthy! The rug has stains an feels like walking without shoes is not appropriate. The bathtub is peeling and is completely un-safe… my daughter slips inside while taking a shower. The windows shades are so old, that have holes in it, and even we found a couple of holes/damage in the walls… for the price, not recommended at all!

Great location for our needs. Staff very friendly. I booked a 2 bedroom suite. Couch and chair were VERY old. Bedspreads and curtains could def use an update. Room was well equipped. Kids enjoyed indoor pool. Breakfast was great. I would definitely stay there again.

This Hotel was very nice, great staff excellent location to the "GO" Train into Toronto and we enjoyed the stay, the breakfast, and the swimming pool. Would stay here again!
