I made my reservation three weeks in advance, I specified that it was for the disabled and could not climb stairs, the first floor room, so I had to leave my suitcase in the car, the television did not work, the coffee maker was broken, the microwave did not have a support glass was also very dirty, a disaster. I will never make a reservation for that hotel again. Here I have photos of the horrible situation of that hotel. I do not recommend it

Muy malo
Súper sucio los cuartos, no están como en las fotos, la tina del baño negra de lo sucio, nada seguro, presenciamos un pleito cerca de nuestros cuartos muy violento.

Habia olor a cigarro en mi habitacion y al parecer lo trataron de cubrir con un aromatizante pero aun asi olia, la television no servia, y me fueron a tocar a las 10:45am que ya tenia que hacer check out cuando el check out es a las 11:00am , Estaba preparando mis cosas cuando por segunda vez 10:50 am me fue a tocar la puerta de nuevo el personal de limpieza ,que si ya me iva a salir

It's always a great experience when we stay there. This is where we stayed when we first met so it's become a special place for us to reminisce and relive some old memories....very clean and always very friendly staff. The area isn't as bad as it used to be so it's definitely the better place to choose for this area. Continental breakfast is great. Just wish they had eggs and bacon to go along with the waffles which are great as well😃

Extremely noisy all night long. Conversations on both sides kept me awake most of the night. Man trying to open my door at 11:00pm. Walls could use a good cleaning. Tub/shower had multiple patch work done in the worst way. The coffee pot looked gross. Only light was a can light that was flourescent. Outlets not even attached to the wall. Heater/air unit was partially broken and very dirty as were the windows. Won’t stay here again for sure

Lighting in room was only one recess light bulb, no lamp. Tissue box was empty. There was an ironing board but no iron. No ice bucket was in the room. Outside area was ok but a little scary with homeless people and liter around outer areas. We had our dog with us and grassy areas were scarce. Price was good.

will not stay at this location.We checked out of hotel at 3:45 AM.and there was a car located on back side of hotel with lights on.and when we backed out to drive through to check out,the car immediately left,also,we saw what appeaared to be homeless people walk close to entrance

Seen better in third world countries
After seeing our room we decided to not stay. She did not reimburse both nights because we were in the room for 30 minutes! This place must be for that type of person but not for me. There was someone cooking outside the room on a blowtorch and homeless people sleeping in the parking lot.

Extremely disappointed. Blood on the bathroom wall. No batteries in the TV remote so couldn’t watch TV. Refrigerator was dirty. Air conditioning unit did not adequately cool the room. There is a 40 dollar deposit when you check in and you don’t get that deposit immediately back upon check out. I will NEVER stay there again.

Run, Run as fast as you can
It is hard to put into words how disgusting this hotel is. We arrived around 7pm as a stop on our Rt 66 travels. We were only spending the night and leaving early but we soon found out that it would be a night we would never forget. Because it is in a lower end part of town the homeless live in their cars on the property. People knocked on our door to ask if we would fill their water bottles. Scary area to say the least. The room was full of never ending surprises. Holes in the sheets, blankets and pillow cases. The curtains were also torn with holes. Bathroom was covered in mold with a plastic knife used as a wedge to hold the shower bar up. The smell of the room I really cannot describe other than rotten. Anyway Wyndham will receive letter with pictures and I'm not that concerned about the $70 I spent but anyone reading this review should just spend the extra $100 in the LaQuinta across the street.

I had dried pee in the bathtub when I got there there was hair all over the floor when I got there. And when I looked at the hotel it said it was pet friendly but when I got there I got told no pets even though I had two service dogs hmm? The mini fridge wasn't even plugged in or didn't just work the bedding was all disgusting and I had hookers coming to my door never coming back and the $30 deposit I didn't get that back even though I cleaned up after myself.

No service the only good service I had was at check in. Ended up being more expensive than what was initially paid for as well as no towels and tv never worked while I stayed . Went to desk multiple times for help or needed things and was told I would be assisted but no one ever came to room, parking lot was over crowded because it is so small.

Honest Review
It was eventually ok, after a day or so. We had the next door guest that were on drugs, argumentative, loud and just downright rude, however those guest didn’t last long, my guess is that they couldn’t afford more than one/two nights. My biggest issue was the cleanest of the room. I started cleaning as soon as I opened my room door, from the hotel outside door to the sticky floor, I’m just glad I came prepared with cleaning supplies. I also went to buy my own sheet set as soon as I seen theirs, maybe it’s just me but I didn’t feel comfortable sleeping on their sheets. It’s not the best but it’s also not the worst either.

My tub stopper did not work. I called the desk, and the lady brought me a stopper and it was really dirty looking. It worked to hold water, but there was no hot water in this place! By the time I got the tub just 1/4 of the way filled the water wasn’t warm anymore, much less hot. The electrical outlets didn’t work in the bathroom so I had to hook up two extension cords of my own and run them from the living area just to do my hair. I asked for a manager to call me upon checkout and still haven’t received a call for reimbursement. That was 3 days ago. No manager on site. Very disappointed and won’t recommend or stay again. I had my candies all ready and wanted a tub bath so badly! 😞.

I have never been more disgusted with a hotel room: ashes on the side tables, overpowering stench of chlorine whatever the chlorine smell was trying to hide, c*m stains on the bed spread, cigarette holes in the blankets, a non-flushing toilet, and to top it all off, a living COCKROACH with garbage in one of the drawers. Totally unacceptable, we left within 10 minutes. I've been trying to connect with a customer service rep and just keep getting into the same feedback loop of "press 1 for reservations, press 2 for questions" etc, etc. Cannot believe a staff person looked at this space and thought it was acceptable for someone to stay in.

There was no overhead lights in my room. You could only light the room with the light over the sink or the bathroom light. There were no lamps to light the room either. There wasn't any cable. The fridge and microwave didn't work either.

The staff was very nice and accommodating. The room appeared to be clean but at night we seen several roaches. The neighborhood is not that safe there were sketchy homeless people out and about everywhere. They also said they provided breakfast that of which they did not. I was there on emergency business so was on there late at night to sleep.

Doctor office esque furniture. No lamps. I have a small car and parking place was so small there was no room to get out even with cars correctly parked. Security was what looked like a teenager in an old car. When I logged on to internet my default browser was switched to bing.

Be more concerned about cleaning than the check in
The man up front was rude to start with. Had to kill 2 roaches the second we walked in the bathroom. The towels were disgusting. Even if it was just stains, it was terrible. I didnt even use one.

Photos are deceiving!
Our room was not clean when we got there. The house keeper left a use bard of bath soap in the shower, shelves were falling off the wall, the bed sheets had spots on them.
