Las camas estan faltales. Los colchones estan viejos y se sienten los resortes. A la tercer noche decidimos cambiar de hotel y no nos quisieron regresar lo de la noche que ya no ibamos a ocupar

LO SALVO LA UBICACION
Buena ubicacion del hotel con muelle para llegar en lancha taxi . el cuarto asignado tenia una sola ventana que daba a un patio de ventilacion sin ninguna vista, solo se ve una pared a 2 metros de distancia. Para llegar al cuarto se debia bajar medio piso por escaleras. No es comodo para llegar con maletas. Muy caro para lo que ofrecen

El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, casi frente a la parada de S Angelo, desde el hotel se puede caminar a Plaza San Marco y Rialto; Giorgio de recepcion muy amable, el desayuno delicioso pero me pareció alto el precio, pero delicioso; la habitación espaciosa y confortable; definitivamente regresaría a Palazzo Barocci

Desde que llegue al Hotel tenía frio ya que estaba lloviendo y por políticas del Hotel no puedes prender la calefacción a mas de 21 grados centígrados osea FRIO. El Hotel en general es malo no lo recomiendo y no me volvería a quedar ahí.

The hotel room is decent and location is good. But the hotel facility and service is terrible. Reception is not helpful. On the first night, we were waken by fire alarm four times at around 5am. We tried to call the reception but no one answered. On the next day, we hang up a do not disturb sign outside the room, only to find out when we returned that our room has been entered and made up. Staff is unprofessional.

Conveniently located on the grand canal just next to water bus stop which made it easy to explore the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful and their restaurants recommendations were spot on. Room was the Junior suite second level with canal view that could not be more Venice than that.

Really lovely room in amazing location, but didn't sleep while I was staying at this hotel. The room was 27 degrees. We told the staff, but they didn't do anything about it.

Great experience, friendly staff, excellent access to water bus and easy to walk to major attractions. My only negative comment is that the hotel gives you a bottle of water in the room on the first night only. I think that seems very “penny pinching” for a reasonably upscale hotel. Why not simply leave one bottle of water per day? It’s a small thing but it seems in contrast to the otherwise excellent service.

This property was located right on the canal with amazing views of the Rialto bridge. The room was very spacious and clean. Water pressure was awesome and the views are beautiful. Staff were friendly and professional.

Great hotel in a perfect location, with friendly and helpful staff. The only issue was the shower, it fluctuated between warm and cold.
