The overall stay was fine, however, the fire alarms went off in the middle of the night because someone pulled the fire alarm. It was very much an inconvenience and I realize it was outside of their control, but when checking out they didn’t ask how our stay was or apologize for the inconvenience or anything and I think that was very poor customer service. It was the first time I have stayed at a Country Inn & Suites and most likely my last.

Clean, beds were very comfortable. Shower is pretty outdated though, could use some upgrading. The lady working nights was awful and lazy. She was sitting in the breakfast area sprawled out on her laptop or phone and people would be standing at the desk needing help. You would have to yell for her to come. And a couple times when we had questions or needed something, she was rude and acted like we were inconveniencing her. Other than that, our stay was good.

The Tub/Shower felt dated. The shower head functioned but many of the jets are clogged from hard water deposits. Great breakfast! Doors are heavy and loud when guests just let them shut.

I asked for a quiet room and sure got one! Very clean and comfortable. My husband likes the pool and hot tub. Breakfast in the morning, great hotel

Would not recommend regardless of price and convenience. Stayed the Tue- Sat because it was close to work event. Breakfast each day was just horrible and never opened up on time. Rooms are noisy. You can hear everything. Very disappointed

Not perfect but a nice getaway.
Great location. We stayed for a UNI football game. Beautiful weather & so we had a great walk to the UNIdome. It is about 1.5 miles so if it's real cold, maybe not but it's an easy walk. The hotel is overall nice. There were some dead bugs in the hot tub. The jets were extreme & shot out cold water. Still a nice stay & the pool was fine and enjoyable.

The first room they have us had not been cleaned and had 20-30 dead bugs on the floor. It was disgusting. There was dried urine on the toilet seat and the bathroom was not clean. $200 for nastiness. The second room did not have toilet paper and the soap was already open. Don’t come here-they don’t clean the rooms.

Very concerned
I wasn’t going to say anything about my stay but I got thinking & it really got me to worry. When I got there to check in it was around 11pm & no one was at the front desk. Plus the phone was ringing & there were people waiting, needing to get a new room card. Then about 10 minutes later 2 women pulled up to the front of hotel. Both were employees. What if there was an emergency & no one was there? I’m very concerned
