The front desk reported that there was a problem with 1 of the 4 rooms that you rented and we apologize that that new housekeeper missed several things in that room. We do find it interesting that when your children misbehaved in the pool area and violated staying out of the hot tub that was "drained" and "out of service" with an adult present from your group, that we had to intervene to get your children away from the hot tub for the safety of your children that we are labeled as rude and unprofessional and yes they were told if they continued to go in it they would be removed from the pool area. Also just so that you know the hot tub will be out of service for sometime since we have to replace drains and lines to the hot tub which would require us to jackhammer the bottom of the tub and the surrounding floor, perhaps that was the reason no work was being done of the the hot tub during your 2 day stay with us.

We were sorry to hear of your accident at work with your finger. We did let you know that unfortunately you booked directly with Expedia and paid them and not the hotel direct and that you would need to contact Expedia. If you look at your charge on your card it was from Expedia and not Baymont Inn.
