i thought it was worst then a Halloween haunted house dirt rugs / broken bed / smell is so bad that you would need a gas mask to stay there

Don’t stay at this hotel. The entire wing that I was on smelled of mildew and mold. The room I was given smelled like a dog kennel. Complained and was lied to about a refund.

Although the staff were nice, the property is in no way indicative of the std held by Wyndham; this place needs a lot of work before I would stay there again. Also, the morning front desk clerk did not know how to add my Wyndham acct number to the reservation so I could get the points.

Do not stay here
When arriving at our hotel it looked abandoned. The pylon sign at the driveway was totally dark. We pulled in and everything was overgrown. Parking lot has weeds everywhere. When entering the lobby there were 3 trashcans on the floor right in front of the desk for a leak. After dealing with the front desk person. Who was nice by the way but not dressed in a uniform or business casual clothes...looked like pajamas. We were told to drive around back to door E to access our room. When we entered the building through door E the odor of the building was very overwhelming. Smelled like spoiled milk and death. We walked up to the 2nd floor for our room 261. Opened door and the odor there was tolerable but the room was not maintained well. If we had time and i didn't waste my points we would have left. The bed linens were pilled and has pulls in it. There was a rip in the curtains that they tied to fix it. The bathroom was old and needed to be maintained and the sink and counter was only 3 foot off the floor. This place should not be on any websites to book at until some money is used to upgrade it. I feel that i should get my money back too. It was definitely not a 6.6 of 10 in rating.

Smelled of insecticide. One whole building looked derelict. There was a dead bird and bottles of bug killer visible. The ice maker's cleanliness was dubious. The door lock KeyCard reader was problematic. No non fast food choices closeby. When I got home I stripped in the garage and immeadiatly showered and washed All clothes and carry bags. I have never done that before.

Looks nice in picture, very old dated hotel, show a lot of wear, ripped curtains, weird stinky smell all through the hallway and stairs. Thankfully room did not smell. Bed and pillows very hard, did not sleep well. Woman at desk was nice though.

The hotel is rundown, and resembles an abandoned building. The parking lot had missing pavement and there were only 2 trucks in the entire parking lot at 4 pm. Indoor inspection of a room showed mold, cracked bathroom fixtures, and strong disinfectant smells, open widows, and missing curtains.

Hotel staff were pleasant. Room was nice, spacious, bed was kinda hard but was ok. Shower was good. However the dogs in a room across the hall barking constantly was horrible, anytime there was a noise made those dogs went crazy. Unfortunately woke us upat 6am on the day we were leaving and had a very long drive home. By the signs on the door I'm guessing these dogs belonged to the hotel. Overall the hotel was good but the rating is due to the dogs.

The very strong smell of dog poop was thought out the galls, there were multiple dogs in the rooms as we could hear them and the room was very sketchy. We could not stay there. It was horrible

Heath hazard- pet urine
My room was nice unfortunately once you open the door to the hotel you get hit with an overwhelming smell of dog urine. The hallway carpet are stained with urine spot. Unfortunately I booked online and the hotel would not refund me. My nose burned so much. Definitely a health hazard.

The stairwell inside was well lite and and very clean, as were the hallways. My room was very clean and the bathroom super clean. The TV was perfect. Check in nd out perfect, the people running the place were very professional and friendly. Plenty of food options less than a half mile away, very close to I-70 but far enough away to not hear it.

Although the hotel was nearly empty, occupants were put right beside us. They had a dog they left in the room for several hours while they were gone. They were inconsiderately loud between 9 and 11 pm when they came back to the room.

Counters and tables were not wiped. No chairs for kitchen table. Whole hotel was under renovation. Nothing was mentioned before booking! No pool, no hot tub. Both were closed! Nothing was ever mentioned about the renovation! The room was not cleaned daily. Ran out of towels and ran out of toilet paper. Had to go to front desk to ask for them! It was a very poor experience! I would not recommend it at all! The sink did not drain at all and backed up! Very poor hotel. If not had other plans would have went to a different one! I understand your business but at least you can let you know what your people that are booking with you. Know the truth if you're under renovation! That would be understandable but the poor standards here was very ridiculous!

Pleased with last minute choice
Husband is disabled and just had to get out of the car and lay down with medicine and ice. I booked the room and paid online with Apple Pay. The outside did not look great but the hotel was clean, we were given a disabled room, it was really roomy - bedroom & bathroom. No carpeting and the beds were on legs - I appreciated that the whole floor could be mopped! We couldn't hear the other guests at all, the parking lot was well lit. The ice machine was convenient. The elevator was clean and worked well.

This property has the feeling of a residence that has been condemned, but squatters are living there. The middle wing of the hotel--where the pool area is and many rooms--is under construction. There are signs literally "suggesting" stay out. You can't get the lobby through the building, you have to go outside. The desk clerk was wearing scrubs which was a little disturbing. Is there a clinic in the back? The front driveway is totally unlighted and since it comes in from a strange place up the road this is a problem. Even the Travelodge sign has no light. If you come at night it is extremely difficult to get into the property. There was a tiny desk-like piece of furniture in the room--but no chair for it. The coffee make and ice bucket were stuck there leaving not much room. The flooring is a simulated wood laminate--not carpeting. However, it mostly come loose and makes clicking and clacking sounds when you walk. There is NO closet--there is a rod underneath a shelf. I'm not sure any of my clothes would have fit without touching the floor. To complement the "hostel" feel of this place, many of the other guests leave their boots in the hallways for some unknown reason. Where there presumably was an ice machine, there is now a gurgling water pipe draining loudly into a pipe behind an empty vending machine. Lovely "water feature" maybe?

I’ll skip staying here next time.
The staff was awesome, the facility was not. It needed minor repairs in the room, it smelled in the hallway, and it was not totally cleaned.

The room was dirty. The bedding had cig burns in it. We found a bed bug in one of the beds. Sure wish I could get my money back. I would never stay there again

There was plenty of well lighted parking. The neighbors in other rooms were very noisy, came in early in the morning (4:00 AM) turned on their TV and talked loudly until around 5:30 am.

Checked in and saw the condition of the room smelled of mildew and mold all through out the hotel. Their online photos are extremely misleading and outdated. Not even close to being worth 80 a night. Thank God hotels.com customer service worked with me and i immediately checked out. No charge

No where like the picture on line. Grounds are full of trash, parking are is in need of repairs, room was so disappointing, no bedspreads. I didn't sleep much because of the condition of property.

Call before booking to make sure amenities are available. This hotel is under construction and is not stated anywhere on this site before booking. I only stayed because I had nowhere else to go that night. The only clean things about these rooms were the beds....I hope.. There were cobwebs, stains on wall and ceiling as well as a small hole in bathroom wall. Positive is very friendly staff.

This was once a marvelous facility, I am sure. But over time (much time!) the facility has gone to ruin. It should be closed until major upgrade has been accomplished! I have never stayed in such a worn-out facility. Our room was comfortable. People should be warned.

This was by far the grossest hotel I have ever seen. Hair, dirt, cigarette burns, and what looked like blood stains. Also, the photos from the website are NOT the actual hotel. The ceiling was leaking, the floor was sticky... just horrifying. We left shortly after arriving.

We cancelled our reservations on August 10. I contacted Travelodge motel and they cancelled. I was unable to get Travelocity on the phone, so I contacted Chase and they are giving my money back. Please be prepared to discuss this, if necessary. Thanks Ray
