The premises were shoddy. It was a three story hotel with no elevator. The room had a facial tissue holder with no tissues, coffee service with no coffee cups and no drinking water cups in the room. I had to use my hand for water with my pills. The freezer coils of the refrigerator were totally frosted up, making the freezer compartment useless.

When we got there,the first room was bad.The air conditioning unit was not in working order. We went to desk,they apologized and gave us a new room.The new room was on the 2nd floor which wasn't easily accessible for my husband as he has problems waliking up stairs. The desk associate apologized and stated that the following week the hotel was going to go thru a thorough room to room inspection.

The staff especially Tina and Kristy were super friendly helpful and informative. The bathroom could use some updating. The breakfast was very good and there was always lots of everything. Overall a very pleasant 4 night stay.

Everybody Smokes in this Non-smoking building
The room in this no-smoking building was thick with cigarette smoke. The sheets had dog footprints on them- not sure if they were stains or if the sheets were not clean. The air conditioner had no vent cover- broken off. Front desk attendant was very nice.

The room was dusty. I cleaned it. 2nd night was drying hair with hair dryer and room went dark. Called front desk. They checked fuses and then moved us to another room that was on the third floor. 2 queen beds. Old air cubit it worked. Asked for a room king bed on main floor but ended up on 2nd floor then moved to 3 rd floor. Bad knees.

The desk clerk was incredibly helpful. The housekeepers suck! Found bedbug in the first room so they moved us to another room. The sink in the bathroom of the second room has hair clippings in it from where someone clipped their beard. I’m too tired to move and I’m just praying that I don’t take bedbugs home.

The bath tubs and sinks were so old the whole bathroom needed replaced. The tv kept going off every 10 minutes and the card to get into the hotel took about 10 try’s to get in.. we stayed about 2 hours and lleft

Great little haven of comfort
My stop was the middle of a 15hr drive. The shower pressure was fabulous, the towels were so soft and fluffy, bed was cozy and breakfast was ready early so I got on the road 90 minutes ahead of schedule. Fabulous!

The key didn’t work and had to be reprogrammed twice and replaced in the morning. The bathroom was dirty and the tub floor was nasty. The only good thing was the kind staff that tried to help but the property needs a MAJOR overhaul! Would NOT stay there again.
