Todo estaba bien, salvo que no aceptan el pago en divisa que n nik o sea francos suizos. Al ser un hotel del aeropuerto deberían aceptar las principales divisas como euros o dólares.

Excelente. Cuenta con viajes del aeropuerto al hotel con horarios programados que puedes consultar al salir del aeropuerto en una pantalla en la zona de Bus-Hotel sin costo. Hotel limpio y amplio. Excelente pra llegar a dormir y salir a hacer tus actividades al día siguiente y repetir.

El desayuno orrible, muy malo El parking en la página te ofrecen por 18farnco suizo que son alrededor de 16€,pero te cobran 24€ dejar en frente de la recepción osea en descubierto. Mala ubicación, servicio muy malo,viejo y sucio. No recomiendo.

It is correct, we charge CHF 19,- per day for the parking which is below compare with other hotels around the airport, which you were charged. The additional amount resulted from our environmental fee, as it can be seen on your invoice. Our Fly-Out Breakfast provides indeed a standard limited cold continental offer for a unbeatable price for value for Switzerland. Alternatively, a full warm American buffet breakfast is provided for a special low extra charge of 10 CHF at the Hilton up the street. The hotel is conveniently located near airport and a short train ride away from the City Center. We have taken note of your comments regarding renovation. We are happy to announce that a soft renovation of our breakfast and reception is completed and a renovation of the guest rooms is planned in a near future. No muy recomendable
un poco viejo el hotel y las instalaciones. Caro para aparcar, pues no hay otra posibilidad cerca. Lo mejor el espacio de las habitaciones cuádruple y lo peor el desayuno, sin casi nada, ni cucharas!!! Solo pasamos una noche

Muy buena opción para hotel cercano a aeropuerto
Precio muy bueno para un hotel cercano al aeropuerto y en Suiza. Limpio y suficientemente cómodo. Buen desayuno, mejor que en muchos otros hoteles de otras cadenas para hoteles de categoría comparable. Ningún lujo pero para una noche es perfecto.

Un hotel muy cómodo y bonito
El hotel tiene un muy buena presencia, las instalaciones son bonitas y sus habitaciones muy cómodas. Dormimos súper bien y el personal del hotel siempre fue muy amable con nosotros. El hotel está muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, solo a un tren de 15 minutos de distancia. Volvería a quedarme en este lugar.

Buen hotel, caro el traslado al centro
El Hotel en general: de regular a bueno. Fatal el tema de los traslados al centro donde en un viaje ida-vuelta se gasta casi 120 euros. Es decir, por esa diferencia, perfectamente se toma un hotel más cercano aunque fuese más caro. Estas habitaciones son propicias para alguien que requiera estar cerca del Aeropuerto y no para hacer turismo de 3 días o más.

Buena estancia!
La habitación es amplia y las camas muy muy cómodas! La tv grande y de pantalla plana. El baño es pequeño, pero suficiente. El desayuno bastante bueno y variado. Hay un supermercado junto al hotel. Lo recomiendo para una estancia corta.

The hotel bathroom was disgusting, I couldn’t even stay the night after checking in. There were spider webs all over the chair and the tv as if no one has been in there for a very long time.

I was there only to get some rest between flights. Not to stay overnight…. They didn’t let me check in despite the have available room at the and I have to wait 2hours to check in. And only I had 5 hours to go back to the airport.

It is correct that we did not have rooms available during your arrival at 10AM, however, still we were able to provide you with a room at 10:40AM in comparism with our regular check-in time at 2PM. Therefore, we have granted check-in more than three hours ahead of our confirmed check-in time, furthermore, our housekeeping team has cleaned your room as quickly as possible to assure a minimum wait of only 40 minutes. I do apologize if that did not meet your expectations.

We arrived at the property to find it closed with no one there … we recieved no notice of this. Luckily our taxi driver was nice enough to call the number for the property for us. We were rerouted to the Holton which was a hike 5 mins up the drive way in the rain with our heavy 3 week holiday bags. We were starving as we are on an over night layover home to Vancouver. There was no restaurants open which is understandable as we arrived late due to a flight delay but trying to get through to their advertised late night room service menu which is displayed on our rooms tv menu was completely hopeless. There were no vending machines or solutions for food on site for travellers so we had to Uber eats an undrwhelming $50.00 pizza which normally would be chalked up to the cost of travelling and laughed off but given the events that led up to it it was just not a good experience in any way, shape or form.
