Hotel de lujo en centro de la ciudad de Riad
Un hotel muy bueno. La atención súper especial. Solo que le falta un poco más de atractivo para el turista que no es musulman. Ejemplo aunque sea en las habitaciones poner mini dosis de bebidas alcoholic as como whisky o cerveza. O alguna bebida reconocida pero en Mini dosis y explicar que solo se puede beber en la habitación. Por lo demás espectacular

I stayed there when it was the rosewood it is no more five star hotel very clear the standard of hotel went down . Rooms are fantastic but service food every etc went down . Value for money also it is basically a nice hotel with no management

The property is in an excellent location and the furnishings were nice. When we moved a chair, however, we found a pile of pretzel bits beneath it indicating only surface cleaning between guests. This improved after I complained. The internet was frequently interrupted and not secure (Google Chrome didn't even want to go there as the security was outdated). Room service menu is limited and expensive (and the food is generally over-seasoned and over-cooked). The restaurants in the building are also expensive with average food. During busy times it is impossible to get the front desk or housekeeping to answer the phone (all buttons for service on the phone are usually answered by a lady with barely adequate English who relays the messages rather than by the people in the department you are attempting to call). We had to walk a long distance through the middle of an Italian restaurant to reach the elevator to our suite. The noise from the same restaurant can be quite loud after 10 p.m. and can be heard inside the suite. It was an okay hotel for a few days, but I would not call it a five-star hotel.

Not easy to reached... bad location because of that ... costed me 250 SAR ... as the reception says it’s not his fault neither I But unfortunately that makes me pay 250 sar for late check out . That means it’s not perfect Choice next time

I had higher expectations, for me it’s important to have a working fridge and they took time to fix it, and impotent to have the spray for toilet and needed to install it,

terrible stay
was terrible they have renovation in the bulding and should not accept reservations or at list to inform the customer. my reservation was for two night and i stay for one night only due to non comfortable stay and they refuse to cancel one night as my reservation was non refundable

I stayed in Al Faisaliah Hotel for two nights during a business trip. The hotel was amazing, the room excellent, the service excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the food in the Brasserie for breakfast and dinner was fantastic. Unfortunately, the WiFi was not great so the connection was inconsistent and relatively slow.

للأسف سعر غالي جدا وأيضا الغرفة سيئة جدا من ناحية النظافة والواجهة خلفية وبدون افطار طلبت تغير الغرفة لكن لم أتلقى رد منهم في فنادق أفضل بكثير منه وبسعر معقول ونظافة ممتازة شاملة الإفطار ومميزات أفضل منه الفندق موقعه مزعج في الخروج والدخول

فندق سيئ وغالي والمطاعم والسوق مغلقه سوى مطعم كئيب
الفندق قديم وتقريباً شبه مهجور. النزلاء قليل وعلى الرغم من ذلك موظف الريسبشن أعطاني غرف تطل على مباني كئيبه. لم يعجبني تصرف الموظف وهو يتصل بشخص اخر ويعطيني الغرف ولم يسألني عن رغبتي وكأنه يريد ان يتخلص من وجودي أمامه .الفرش والأثاث عفا عليه الزمن.السوق الملحق بالفندق مغلق وعدد المطاعم واحد وخيارات الأكل قليله.المطعم العلوي مغلق .حجزت غرفتين لثلاثة أشخاص بالإفطار وعند نزولي للمطعم بادرني الموظف بقوله الإفطار فقط لاثنين مع العلم ان حجزي واضح مما اضطرني للذهاب للريسبشن وأعطاهم صورة الإيميل من الحجز. تخيل تحصل هالازعاج عند وقت الإفطار.السعر غالي بالنسبة لهذا الفندق. ربما كان قبل عشر سنين ممتاز الان مستوى ثلاث نجوم واقل.فندق ممل لأبعد الحدود ولا انصح به أبداً .بامكان الشخص دفع اقل من هذا المبلغ والسكن بفندق اخر راقي. الفندق يعيش على سمعته سابقاً ومواقع الحجز تعطي معلومات مضلله منها هوتلزدوت كوم. يجب التوضيح للعميل عن حالة الفندق وإغلاق السوق وإغلاق المطاعم. الموجود هو الكيل من المديح لخدمات غير متوفره. لا انصح احد بالسكن بهذا الفندق حتى يتم تحسين الخدمات فتح السوق والمطاعم وتغيير معاملة الموظفين.

لا انصح به
اقامة عادية توقعت حسب الصور والاسم ان الفندق بالبرج ولكن هو مختلف تماما مبنى بجانبه الغريب تستعمال النادي الرياضي يجب ان تخرج خارج الفندق وتمشي باتجاه البرج والمكان ممتلىء ومن ثم تتوجه الى النادي لايوجد ربط بين الفندق والنادي بصراحة كانت صريقة سيئة
