El trato de la señorita del front desk bastante distendente, seria, poco empatica, le hice unas preguntas porque necesitaba ayuda y sus respuestas fueron sin fundamentos, con respecto a la habiatacion la tasa del baño no descarga bien, la secadora de pelo rota y la tv no funciona

I have stayed in countless cheap motels as well as midrange and high end hotels. Out of all the places I’ve ever stayed in my entire life, this was the dirtiest, smelliest, most absolutely appalling and disgusting place that I’ve ever had the misfortune to enter. Had been driving for 16 hours and had to sleep, otherwise wouldn’t have stayed. There was drug dealing openly taking place out front in lobby, what appeared to be sex workers being sent upstairs by some man who I can only assume was a pimp, the place was filthy, stank of everything from cigarettes to marijuana to feces, couldn’t even use the bathroom in our room because it was so unspeakably disgusting. Stained sheets, lightbulbs broken in all lamps, an old dirty sock hanging over the smoke detector, and to top it off the front desk person demanded a cash deposit that was more than the cost of the room, which had already been paid in full by credit card, to be “returned upon checkout”, with a note taped to the counter stating this as well. The next morning they tried to pretend like they had no idea what I was talking about, and we saw that the note taped to the counter stating cash deposit required was now nowhere to be seen. I had taken a photo of this the night before, on a gut feeling that it was a scam, and that photo was the only reason we ever managed to get that money back. This place should be shut down, and the building demolished because frankly it is not fit for human habitation (or even for the roaches)

the worst hotel i have ever visited all dirty unprofessional staff the city should close it down and you guys take it out of what it offers so you don't damage your reputation

We have heated indoor swimming pool, complimentary for our guests. We have dress codes in the pool. If you saw something breaking that code . you should have inform the staff. Our complimentary continental deluxe breakfast includes 4 types of bread, butter, cream cheese, assorted fresh fruits, homemade coffee cakes, cold and hot cereal, hot waffles, eggs, orange juice, apple juice, coffee, tea, and hot cocoa. If something was missing that morning, you should have informed one of the hotel's staff members. I hope you'll have a better experience on you next stay with us.

This was a ‘permanent residence’ hotel. Security guards were there to guide where to go. The room smelled like smoke. The toilet was one foot off the ground. If we were staying longer than one night we would have gone to find another hotel. Someone was knocking on our door at 130am… I do NOT recommend this hotel

I feel like the listing completely misrepresented the property itself. Upon entering the hotel it smelled BAD. Once we were checked in, we entered a room where the TV was already on, the bed sheets were crumpled, and it again, smelled stagnant and moldy. We were in a “no smoking” room, yet the reeking smell of cigarettes was pouring through the vent in the bathroom. A few hours after being checked in, we start smelling the most pungent, strong garlic I’ve ever smelled in my life. The smell lingered for at least the next hour. When pulling the bed sheets back, we noticed not one, but multiple dark stains ( I’m not going to say for sure I know it’s blood, but that’s what it most closely resembled) all over it. After pulling those sheets back, we notice the mattress itself has the same dark stain on it. When we notified the front desk, all we were offered was “oh, sorry” and nothing further. We checked out a day early (immediately after attending the event we checked in for originally). Would not recommend, will be looking for a refund.

My toilet was plugged,I have to use the toilet downstairs, was disconnected, no WIF for the 4 days I spent there,unable to use my laptop,I found trash in the bathroom and spilled in the sink, bedsheets was not charged for 3days ; they really need to supervisor cleaners, but I reported to the night attendant, hope tonight is gone be fine, I’m still at work and I will be there at 11:15pm

À éviter absolument, les chambres sont sales, nous avons hésité à utiliser le lit qui était plein de poils et cheveux. Les gens ont fait le chahut toute la nuit et l’hôtel est très mal insonorisé alors que nous sommes à côté d’un autoroute.
