“Es un engaño total. El servicio es pésimo, hotel muy ruidoso a pie de carretera, por el precio es mejor hospedarse en cualquier opción de verdadero lujo de la zona. Las fotos engañan que es un hotel de lujo pero es un simple hotel de carretera con buenas fotos. El agua de la habitación sale café y en recepción no tienen el mínimo interés de arreglarlo, no hay black out en las habitaciones. El spa es un engaño en fotos, solo tienen un pequeño vapor. La alberca estaba sucia, las toallas, los vasos...

“Las instalación son buenas, por lo único que no puedo calificar perfecta mi estadía es porque se supone que a las 11 de la mañana se entrega la habitación y antes de las 9 de la mañana el personal de limpieza nos despertó porque querían limpiar la habitación. ”

“Wonderful property for 5 couples to stay for a nearby wedding. The location is spectacular, the property is as advertised and we couldn’t have asked for a better set up for our group. It was a little remote, but that is part of the charm. Wish we had more time there to enjoy the surrounding area further! ”

“We were three couples visiting the wine region. The condo is very clean and beds are very comfortable. The large kitchen was perfect for preparing breakfast and meals. The resort itself is also well maintained we enjoyed relaxing in the pool and the hot tub. ”

“This place was very clean and had plenty of space for 3 adults. It would’ve been plenty for a larger family! The pool was beautiful and relaxing and it’s very near all kinds of restaurants and activities. The only unexpected part was the request that we listen to a time share sales pitch. We simply didn’t attend. ”
