Relais fantástico, muy recomendable
Hemos estado muy bien en todo momento. El "staff" ha estado tan perfecto como el desayuno. Si repetimos por la zona de Porto Chervo volveremos sin dudar.

Excelente hotel
Excelente hotel, personal súper amable! Buen desayuno, algunos dicen que le falta pileta, yo no lo creo ya que las playas son lindisimas (sobre todo Grande Pevero) Buena ubicación, sin dudas lo volvería a elegir!

Lindo e muito agradável!
Hotel charmoso e incrível! Quartos muito confortáveis, além de todo o estabelecimento ter muito bom gosto e cuidado! A localização não é tão central mas de fácil acesso se vc está de carro. Em Porto Cervo vc precisará de carro para ir na maioria dos lugares pois tudo fica longe. Apesar de não possuir área de lazer como piscina o atendimento é impecável. Tive ótimas recomendações e ajuda dos atendentes Riccardo e Lorenzo. Na recepção tive uma garrafa de vinho oferecida pelo hotel e na saída me deram mel de produção local.

Clean. Safe. Friendly. Felt like home.
My wife and I are really demanding (see difficult) when it comes to hotels that giving a 5 star is pretty exceptional. Relais Villa Carola deserves a solid 5 stars. Starting with cleanliness, the room was spotless and the bathroom as clean as our home's. The staff are all tremedously kind, smiling, always ready to help and super knowledgeable of the island. The Relais itself is gated and made us feel so safe and not worry about our car rental and belongings. It is also 10 minutes away from all the key spots (Porto Cervo pier and luxury mall, top beaches, restaurants,...). The morning breakfast is in a beautiful terrace with a view, and includes special measures for COVID19; on the menu are fresh omelettes, fruits, cheeses, and a wide variety of other options. Again top level cleanliness! I do not usually write reviews, but this place felt like home and we could not leave it without giving it the credit it is due. Congrats to this team and the owners of this business, we will recommend it to all our friends and come back again when in Sardegna.

Vi var på dette sted i 5 dage, kunne sagtens have været her længere. Det er virkligt et lækkert sted. Vi havde en lejlighed på over 100kvm med 2 soveværelser og 2 bad samt køkken og stor stue. Der er masser af lækre restauranter, shopping og strande i nærheden. Meget hurtigt at komme til og fra. Vil helt klart tilbage til dette sted. Giver det fem stjerner⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Perfekt auch mit Kleinkind
Es ist wirklich selten, dass man das hat, aber Hotel und Service sind wirklich anstandslos perfekt! Wir waren mit unserer Tochter (2) dort. Das Personal ist sehr kinderfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir waren rund um zufrieden. In der Küche war alles was man braucht, sogar eine Mikrowelle zum Milch erwärmen ;) Für die Erwachsenen auch eine Nescafe Dolce Gusto. Wichtig noch mit Kind: Die Rollos haben super abgedunkelt. An jedem Appartment kann man wunderschön draußen sitzen. Parkplätze sind kostenfrei direkt davor. Sehr exklusives Hotel!

Enjoyed ALL, except the seating :(
We enjoyed a brief stay as we explored the area. The beautiful property shows a lot of attention to detail, from the modern decor of the rooms, well designed compact kitchenettes, lovely spacious bathrooms and closets. That said, what our villa lacked was "indoor dining". It appears guests are to eat on the outside terrace as that is where the table and chairs are. But that only works in good weather, and during our stay, it was quite chilly and windy, so this issue was a bit of a drawback in our villa and actually in their breakfast room too, which has only 3 tables inside. All other seating is outside. On other fronts, the breakfast was good, coffee great, staff friendly and helpful, location central for our needs, but a car is very practical for this property. Good WiFi and really clean :) We enjoyed our stay, other than the "seating" part.

Просто супер-вилла!! Все в ней идеально: расположение (3минуты на авто и вы в Портов черво, 3минуты до парковки и там 5 пешком - и вы на самом красивом пляже Коста Смеральды - Гранд Певеро, 25 минут и вы в аэропорту). Вилла открыта для посетителей второй год. Причём, в первый год, когда был запуск, ее эксплуатировали только 2 месяца. И в 2018 она уже работала полный сезон. Очень качественная отделка, натуральные материалы. У нас был номер с прекрасной большой террасой. Уборка каждый день, отличный завтрак (у меня безглютеновое питание, Не было никаких проблем). Мы провели на вилле 10 дней, и не хотели уезжать - уютно как дома. Очень хотим вернуться сюда ещё!!!

Beautiful hotel in Costa Smeralda
Great location for visiting Costa Smeralda. Easy access to everything. Nice staff, beautiful modern rooms, spacious bathrooms free parking and a wonderful breakfast. Enjoyed the hotel’s “happy hour” where they offered local wines, bread, cheese and dry sausages.

Lovely relaxing break
Really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is built inton the hill with lovely mountain and sea views. It's very peaceful and has a lovely courtyard to enjoy breakfast which is plentifull. There is a very good trattoria nearby too. Staff are very attentive and even gave us a lovely bunch of flowers as it was our 25th wedding anniversary

Stunning property built to a very high standard.
Cannot recommend this enough, a beautiful place to stay very relaxing, a pleasant and very helpful lady in reception made our stay memorable. The property is newly built but nestles into the hillside like it has been there for years, tastefully furnishings boutique style, we had the deluxe double sea view room with balcony.

very good service, great and new rooms
the rooms are very new. ktichen fully equiped, with new utensils and appliances. the staff is very kind, helping with any request. rooms are very clean. perfect stay with a 2 year old kid. very close to a commercial center with supermarket, pharmacy, etc. but you definitely need a car in Sardinia, the hotel is located in a road and is better accessed by car.
