    Step into a light-filled, beautifully styled two-story home designed for relaxed, comfortable longer stays. Located at the end of a quiet street in College Park, this home offers the perfect blend of privacy and proximity — whether you’re here for film/production work, business travel, relocation, or simply a longer-term getaway in the Atlanta area.

    Key features & layout

    The home spans two levels: you and your guests will enjoy primary living spaces on the main floor and all 4 bedrooms on the second floor, offering both cohesion and privacy.

    Hardwood floors throughout and high ceilings give the space an airy upscale feel, while large windows bathe the interior in natural light.

    Off-street parking accommodates up to 4 cars, a rare benefit in the metro-Atlanta area and fully privacy fenced backyard

    The property is pet-friendly and includes a fenced backyard—perfect for furry companions or simply enjoying some outdoor downtime for one pup

    Smart TVs are featured in the living room, the primary suite, and one other bedroom—ideal for work or leisure streaming.

    The primary bedroom sits at the top of the steps and offers an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and a deep soaking tub—your personal retreat.

    On the opposite side of the upper floor, Bedroom 2 is a queen with its own ensuite full bath and TV; Bedrooms 3 and 4 are both queens sharing a hallway bathroom — great for families or colleagues.

    An interior laundry room on the upper level is fully stocked with an ironing board, starter laundry and consumable supplies—making extended stays easier and more convenient.

    Please note: the garage and two closets are locked and reserved for the owner’s personal effects. For longer stays, we may schedule brief safety visits (filter/battery checks) with advance notice.

    TRASH: All trash must be fully bagged and placed in designated receptacles. Message will be sent the night before trash pick up for compliance Use of the property for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written consent. This includes: Content creation, Photography/ videography, Podcasting or interviews Coaching, classes, or client sessions, retreats or private business events
    NATURE: Refunds will not be issued due to these natural elements or environmental conditions. guests acknowledge that the property is located in a natural environment and may be subject to varying weather conditions, wildlife activity, and ambient noise from nature or surrounding areas. We do not make any guarantees regarding weather, wildlife behavior, or the suitability of the environment for specific activities or purposes. Refunds or discounts will not be issued due to weather events, natural occurrences, environmental noise, or other circumstances beyond our control.
    CREDIT CARDS: Please be advised Credit card processing fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation or refund. These fees are charged by the payment processor and cannot be recovered by the host Refunds will be issued net of processing fees. By booking, you agree to this policy.
    SMOKING AND VAPING are not permitted inside the property under any circumstance. A minimum 1,500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations. Underage drinking and illegal substance use are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
