Horrible y sucio.Jamas volveremos.
El peor hotel de nuestra vida , holgura en la a puertas ,parte de ellas rotas , telas de araña, no puedes usar el balcón ,porque es territorio de los monos y atacan , no puedes llegar con bolsas de plástico porque se tiran a por ellas , las camas viejas y los colchones peor, el aire no enfría y como hay holgura en las puertas ( metes un dedo perfectamente), no pudimos dormir con menos de 24 ninguna noche , en la piscina los monos te revisan lo que dejas , el trato de personal horrible, solo dos excepciones el joven de las maletas y una joven que se llama Putu de la recepción , ni volveremos , ni lo recomendamos a nadie.

The showers were warm, the room was spacious and clean, the front desk was great, the breakfast breakfast had a nice spread, including an omelet station. Good value hotel.

Hotel rooms poorly maintained. We occupied 3 rooms. All bathrooms need complete renovations. The sizes of the rooms are big but they look tired and need updating.

Our internet didn’t work in the first room but the staff were very friendly and moved us then we had no problems. The breakfast buffet was $70,000 and lots of good food and coffee, very clean amenities and the staff were very helpful. They even have a guy who chases monkeys away so you can sit by the pool in peace!

You get what you pay for. Pictures of the bedroom space are accurate Standard room bathrooms are poorly represented in the photos (the villas are the newer and nicer spaces - the hotel rooms less so) All in all wish we had picked somewhere nicer Pros - the bedroom is nice - spacious, tile floors, sturdy wooden furniture, mosquito net around bed - good price for a hotel room ($45 AUD/night) - bidet hose with toilet - friendly staff - beautiful pool - bath is nice once full, good depth, water heats quickly Cons - mould covered shower floor and stained grout (not only gross, but slippery) - water pressure is usually poor in Bali, but the shower had barely any pressure - shower takes minutes to heat up - broken ceramic and cracks in bath - walls are not soundproofed - screaming children are not what I wanted to hear at 9:30 - 10:30pm multiple nights PLUS 5:30am the following morning - no safe - lumpy pillows Neutrals - monkeys can be sparse, but can also be everywhere (we liked this, but your milage may vary - they WILL steal from you if you leave anything on the balcony or go out near them with food) - mattress is firm - lots of stairs (fine for us, tricky if less active or not able bodied) - key locked doors - can be sticky and takes two clicks to lock (not one like we thought initially) - few power points (we expect this everywhere and bring power boards)

Old but nice staff
Older establishment. All doors had to be closed, and you couldn’t really be outside since the monkeys would bother you. Made it impossible to use the pool. Not being able to open the doors, made the room smell stale and old.

While hidden up an alley way - this property is one to really look into. We stayed in a Villa. It was private, spacious, and always kept clean. It seems this property has and is going through some work or has just finished some upgrades. A lot of people worry about the Monkeys and the closeness to the Monkey forest. Yes, there are monkeys. Yes they will come to your balcony and villa and pinch stuff that you leave outside. This is not a property to stay at if you can't walk steps or steep paths (mind you Ubud area is steep overall). I would stay here again - but monkey poo in the pool at the villa did get frustrating... The staff safety walk you to your rooms which is nice and the staff in general was good. The buffet breakfast was lacking.

Underwhelming but colourful
Could do with a fridge in the room especially as they provided some water. Warm water is not it. Seems that they are also taking seriously the no food or drink as they don’t provide anything to make you comfortable in this regard, no wine glasses, tea or coffee making facilities etc

Saubere und große Zimmer. Freundliches Personal. Das Buffet ist sehr gut. Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage und ist ruhig. Nachteil sind leider die unregistrierten Taxifahrer, welche an der Einfahrt stehen und die Bluebird Taxifahrer bedrängen und die Fahrgäste bedrohen.

It's a beautiful area and very relaxing. The monkeys are amazing to watch (just guard your belongings!). The room was quite large and had a large balcony. Housekeeping were very pleasant and helpful. I do think the cleaning itself (especially bathrooms) could be turned up a few notches. It wasn't what I would call clean. The pool should be open till 10pm, not 7pm. It's beautiful at night and an evening swim to cool down from the day would be amazing. It was listed that the property had 2 restaurants and a bar. While in a way this is true, they weren't open as suggested. The one restaurant was only open in the morning for the buffet. The other restaurant was open till 10pm. The bar they were talking about wasn't open at all, except for one cooking class that we saw. Other than the few small suggestions, I would recommend if you're looking for something that is fairly cheap but still decent to stay in.

The hotel does match the pictures, it is just very, very old. Signs of wear everywhere, electrical sockets are lose and dodgy. There are no safes in the rooms, only by reception. When I arrived, the shower hose in my bathroom was lacking the metal casing, so as soon as I turned the water up, it broke loose and sprayed the whole room. They repaired it within minutes of reporting though, which was close to midnight. I was given 2 bath towels (it was a double room) no face towels, no hand towels, and the bath mat only appeared on day 3 of my stay.

The hotel is very well located, it isn’t right in the center but everything is within walking distance. It is next to the Monkey Forest so you will see some monkeys from time to time visiting the hotel. The pool has two nice pools which are cleaned, I think they should allow people to swim until 10pm because 8pm seems quite early and there aren’t rooms that close from the pool. I got an upgrade to a Deluxe room, the room is big and comfortable, however, the bathrooms would benefit from some deep cleaning with bleach and scrubbing, they are quite yellow and sometimes smell weird. The rooms need a bit more care and a hand of paint. The breakfast is quite nice, I saw some people complaining about the lack of option, but it seems like they have improved because they had an extension to make eggs and omelets, I would say that they have a fair amount of options for you to choose.

The hotel has two great pools and a nice restaurant. the staff is very nice and accommodating. Unfortunately, the equipment has come a bit indie years and could use a renovation. but overall a great stay!

unfortunately there was building work being carried out which we was not notified of, we was offered a room right opposite this which we declined, we was offered another 3 rooms all which had stained and dirty bedding, bathroom had cobwebs and dirty floors, very disappointed with this hotel . the grounds and location was great but glad it was only a 4 night stay
