I cannot rate the stay I had with Disini high enough. Staff were all so friendly and helpful, food was always excellent, room was gorgeous. You won't regret staying here.

Avoid this place
There are much better places in Seminyak and I would advise anyone to look elsewhere. When we arrived we were advised that our rate would not include breakfast despite our booking confirmation noting free breakfast. Staff were clearly aware of this issue noting it has happened to numerous other guests however they refused to provide breakfast and were in no way apologetic noting that we should contact hotels.com as “it wasn’t their issue”. Their page is also misleading and should note there is NO common pool access for the “garden view” rooms; this view is in fact a view of a wall with a plant in front of it. The room itself was dated with a broken shower head that was waist high and the water was often cold. Overall I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Disappointed that on our booking it said we were in a Villa and when we got there we were told that we are in a bungalow. Staff, property and location were excellent overall but not being in what we were expecting and without a pool given it was hot was disappointing.

Very warm and friendly staff. Quick response time. Lovely spaces. Excellent location. Cleanliness can be improved a little but overall still clean. Good breakfast choices however overall menu can be better and true to pictures and descriptions.

2泊3日、友人と2人でお世話になりました。 フロントにはほぼ24時間日本語を話せるスタッフがいて、チェックインからチェックアウト、タクシー手配などの様々なリクエストも日本語ででき、ストレスフリーでした。 部屋が並行にずらーっと並んでいる感じなので、遠い部屋だとバギーで送ってもらいます。私たちはフロントから一番遠い部屋でしたが、毎回バギーに乗せてもらいました。外出する前に、フロントに電話をかけてリクエストします。少し面倒くさいですが、乗るのも楽しかったです。

Great location and service
Overall a good experience. Hotel arranged all our taxi transfers before and after. Location is perfect, short walk to main shopping area with loads of restaurants and shops near by. The bed was comfortable and pool was warm. The breakfast was average and the rooms were a little dated. In need of an upgrade.

Very good property. The BIG issue is with BOOKING on your site. The visuals show something and what you get is something else. I saw visuals showing pool in the villa and I booked that asap. When I reach the venue ,I realise that I was CHEATED. The visuals don’t match and the room was a bungalow and not pool villa. You guys SUCK!!!

Luxury villa in Seminyak
Amazing villa with our own private pool, Lanai, outdoor kitchen and beautifully appointed bathroom. Huge super king bed that was so comfortable. Staff were helpful and welcoming, and the breakfast was delicious. Highly recommend.

口コミをするのは初めてですが、目に余る対応がありましたので、口コミさせていただくことにしました。 一言で言えば、設備の劣化および管理スタッフの対応の悪さが目立ちます。 １、初日に到着して気づいたのは、シャワーのお湯が出ないこと、バスタブの水栓が締まらずお湯を溜められないこと、テレビが壊れていることでした。 タオルやシーツなども変色するまで利用されており、気持ちよく使える状態とは言えません。 ２、要望があり確認をお願いしたところ、明日２時に電話するとのことでしたが、予定の時間を１時間過ぎても連絡はありませんでした。 結局こちらから連絡して返答をいただきましたが、朝から無駄に待たされ、一日の観光の予定に支障が出ました。 ３、フロントで近隣のレストランなどの予約を代行していただけるとのことでしたので、２店舗分をお願いしました。 １店舗は連絡がつかなかったようなのですが、私たちにはその報告がなく、無駄足を踏むことになりました。 ４、併設スパのフラワーバスをオプションで追加したのですが、トラブルだらけでした。 この日も水栓が締まらずバスタブにお湯がたまらない状態だったのですが、スパのスタッフは、これに気づきつつ、花びらだけを投入して帰ってしまいました（フロントに連絡すらしてくれません。）。 やむなくフロントに連絡し、水栓の下に前の宿泊者が使った花びらが溜まっていたことが原因であると判明し、掃除してもらいました。 しかし、問題はこれだけでは終わらず、フロントのスタッフは、前の宿泊者の使った古い花びらで汚染された状態のフラワーバスにそのままお湯を溜めようとするのです。 衛生面での問題がありますから、花びらを交換するよう依頼しましたが、確認の人が何人も来るばかりで、一向に交換してくれず、２時間が経ちました。 結局、私たちが夕食に外出した１時間の間に（おそらく）交換してくれたようですが、なぜかバスタブに水を投入していました（お湯が冷えたのではなく、蛇口が水の位置になっていたので最初から水を投入しています。）。 フラワーバスが水風呂では入ることはできませんので、お金だけ払って入浴を諦めました。 驚くべきことに、これだけトラブルが続き、夜の観光の予定を諦めざるを得なくなったにもかかわらず、一切、謝罪も返金もなく、こちらがクレーマーであるかのような対応を受けました。 ５、アメニティはほぼないと考えたほうがよいと思います。歯ブラシでさえフロントに連絡しないともらえません（そして、フロントは夜は人がいなかったので、初日の夜は歯磨きをできませんでした。）。 ６、ヴィラの入り口は、狭いさびれた路地に面しており、高級感は望めません。 総合的にみて非常に残念な滞在になりました。 このヴィラは中くらいの価格帯だと思いますが、この価格帯の宿に見合ったサービスが受けられないように感じました。お値段相応の気持ちの良いサービスを期待する方には向かないと思います。 日常的に接してくださる掃除や配膳等のスタッフは笑顔の素敵な方ばかりなだけに、管理スタッフの対応の酷さが惜しまれます。

Excellent as always. The staff at Disini went above and beyond the expected service levels. My wallet had been stolen before my arrival to Bali. I had no cash / credit cards. The staff paid for the taxi, helped me with the police and they made sure I was fine. They provided as much care as my mother would have provided. It will never been forgotten.
