Tenía mucha expectativa sobre el hotel . El desayuno uno de los mejores . Pero …. Nunca nos dieron los tragos de cortesía a pesar que los pedí a la llegada . Confundieron las cuentas de las habitaciones y a mi me dieron la de mi amiga y viceversa . Me di cuenta desde el primer día y pedí que lo corrigieran me dijeron que no me preocupara pero nunca lo hicieron .

Correcto, aunque antiguo
El hotel es bueno, aunque bastante viejas las habitaciones, la suite y el balcón son lo destacables, la parte del comedor es bastante antigua y la cocina tiene un anafe de hace siglos, ademas no hace diferencia entre los huéspedes y visitantes cobrando por igual por subir al mirador del último piso donde está el bar, la ubicación es buena

Ms. Eek upgraded our room to 58th floor and Ms. Oum were very nice and friendly assisting us with top skills services. Ms. Oum (hotel guess relations officer) surprised us with chef homemade chocolate and macarons set for our Songkran Thai New Year upon our arrival. I always stayed at the hotel for the past few years now. All staffs were super friendly and top service skills. Loved the services, amazing breakfast options, pool and all the rooftop atmosphere was beyond amazing. The only thing I would say though this time stayed. It was a lot of pigeons in the buffet, food, and the pool areas. It was a little gross out due to pigeons in the dining area. We chose to sat inside this time due to prior pigeons experience outdoor. Also we stayed in the Suite 2 bedrooms on the 58th floor. I would say the laundry and dryer machines needed upgrades. Those were the couple things I would say improvement. Other than that I will always visit Lebua as our Bangkok hotel visit as our priority as well as vip guess.

I stayed at this property for two nights, and it was amazing! The hotel itself is gorgeous and pretty big. The staff are very friendly and helpful also. The only thing that could have been better was the bed, it was just too firm for me. Overall, I would definitely come back here!

Despite the generally excellent staff service, this hotel is in dire need of renovation and renewal. A lot of the furnishings, wall, carpets are badly worn and the hot water is unreliable. Nevertheless for what was charged I think this hotel is reasonably good.

My only complaint was there was a long wait to get the elevators to the high floor rooms in the evenings when the high-end restaurants on FL64 were open. Once we waited 15min for a free elevator. Recommend they have a dedicated guest elevator.

スタッフの方もお部屋も食事も眺めも最高で、元々2泊の予約でしたが現地で1泊延長しました。そのくらい気に入りました。 朝食ビュッフェもしっかり3回行きましたが、品数が多い上に毎日メニューが異なりとてもワクワクしました。お寿司やお味噌汁といった日本食もあります。 眺望やスカイバーは言わずもがな最高でした。 部屋の設備も良く、1日中引きこもっていられます。 バンコクで一番大きな水上バス乗り場や、鉄道駅も徒歩10分圏内にあるので移動も非常に楽です。 待ち時間が少ない両替所も近所に2ヶ所あります。 一点気になるところと言えばエレベーターの待ち時間が少し長いところです。階層によってエレベーターホールが分けられており、51階以上専用エレベーターはスカイバーへ行くこともあり余計に待つのかなと思いました。 人生の大事な思い出になりました。おすすめです。

Das Hotel hat eine sehr gute Lage. Dem Hagover-Hype wird es voll gerecht, jedoch sind die Zimmer für ein 5* Hotel absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Auf unserer diesjährigen Reise die schlechtesten Zimmer in einem 5* Hotel. Service war gut. Frühstück erstklassig, 5* ! Völlig überzogene Preise in der Sky-Bar. Schade das die Cocktails nicht ein entsprechendes Niveau haben.

Really great stay here. Rooms outdated but massive and with fantastic balcony/view. Great location and breakfast. Gym very small, didnt use pool. Overall would defo recommend at the price point.

lebua staff were gracious and accommodating, including welcoming us early due to our morning flight, and especially when we had to add a guest for one night despite this not being allowed in our room type. The hotel has a variety of amenities, including its famous rooftop bars and a fabulous breakfast room by the swimming pool. The neighborhood is active and has many small restaurants and street vendors - it's not upscale, though, so there's a definite street level difference between the hotel lobby and the outside world, but this is typical of much of Bangkok. Access to the river ferries is reasonably close, but not many subway lines serve the hotel. Taxi or ride hail services, or walking, are better options. It's an easy walk to the creative district to the north, and along Silom Road to Mahanakhon tower to the east. The hotel is a pleasant respite from the energy of the city.
