Agréable séjour dans cette hotel. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Cette hotel est un peu loin du MTR mais le secteur et trajet permet de voir l’authenticité du pays

good option for family
the location of this hotel is very good as all the market place are well connected. this hotel is simple for a family stay and also very economical & safe. hotel doesnt have restuarant. some street food and departmental stores r there to keep u r needs.

Hotel is near to 7-11, eateries, and also BTS. The down side is the area at night will be abit creepy as the road will be dark and silent..

酒店附近有7-11，方便買日用品，離逛街地方坐的士也很近(約70-100泰銖)！房間很干淨，感覺像家里的一個房間，白色調，不錯👍唯一有一點就是離BTS站有點遠，走路的話要20分鐘，的士就6至7分鐘，所以我自己岀門多數靠的士，店員可以幫你叫的士(叫的士記得要預留時間，因為泰國早上和晚上很塞車，如果趕飛機就要小心) 店員態度很好，英文溝通沒問題，但中文就不太行！

Great value but needs some attention.
Residence location provided easy access to MBK, Siam Square and short taxi ride to Hua Lamphong Station. Room was nice, comfy beds (harder mattress, but I like that!), good room service. Room had a fridge and a safe, small balcony and a great AC unit. Only real downside was the “bum gun” (the bidet hose next to all Thai toilets) was leaking and dripping from a broken part. This meant the toilet floor was always really wet- not great. I’d advise the manager to fix ASAP a it doesn’t leave a good impression for guests to have to compensate for water all over the floor. Other than this the place was great and excellent value. Would recommend a visit once issue has been fixed

いいけど…
ホテル周辺は薄暗くスラム街のような所にありますが、徒歩1分ほどのところにセブンイレブンがあり、人通りが多いです。一見怖そうな通りですが、屋台も出ていてお店もありますし、何故か高級車が何台も停まっていたので、別に危険なところな訳ではないと思います（笑） 最寄駅から歩いて15分くらいかかります。すぐタクシーやトゥクトゥクに出会えますが、いちいち交渉がめんどうです。電車メインで考えている人には、暑い中の駅までは、とても長旅だと思います。 ホテルのサービスとしては、毎回綺麗にベットメイキングをしてくれ、新しいミネラルウォーターボトルや石鹸と使い捨てシャンプーを部屋に置いておいてくれます。 個人的には、スリッパがなく裸足で歩くのには抵抗があり、毎回お風呂上がりにバスタオルで床を拭いていました（笑） あと、シャワーと洗面台の水が流れにくくて、溜まっていた点はいやでした。 ドライヤーは、言えば宿泊している間貸してくれます。 冷蔵庫は、設定を4以上にするとペットボトルの水が凍ります（笑） 値段と場所と綺麗さのバランスがよく取れているホテルだと思います！

Good value and options
Value for money, ok if you don't want to be in backpacker area, eating/coffee shops not nearby, not far from Siam centre and MBK - big malls, can walk to canals and taxi canals (20 mins or there are moto bike taxis on the corner, cheap (if price negotiated, and relatively safe, so convenient). Taxis nearby (good value) and buses not far. To old town is about 20 mins or so by taxi (depending on traffic, maybe 40 mins)or the canal also takes you to old town (moto bike or walk to canal and then to old town, quite a treat). Massage place in street, seems to be 2 services/shops, one is more likely to give genuine massage than the other one.

Nice spot to hang your hat
Hotel is close enough to all sites to see in BK. I would stay here again. Contemporary setting, great bed, hot water, Aircon, and security to get to your room. Would stay again when in bk for a couple of days.

Helpful reception staff gave great assistance in directing us to attractions that are close by but not within comfortable walking distance. Pleasant small quiet hotel.

5th Residence
We stayed 5 nights, occupying 2 rooms, on a family vacation. The rooms were big, clean, and adequately equipped for the price. The front desk was friendly, although lacking certain knowledge of the area. Although close to all the main shopping areas of the Siam area, it was almost too close, with taxis often declining the short fare. A 15 minute walk to the BTS was tolerable. Taxis often did not know where the hotel was unless you let them know it was on Soi Botan, where the famous "massage" house is located on the end of the road. All around a great value for the area.

Location is not near to the skytrain, but can take taxi or tuktuk . it is not so expensive to take taxi. Room is comfortable and clean. I shall come back again and stay with this hotel.

Very good hotel! The room is big and very clean. You get really Nice coffee everyday (you can make it yourself in your room and its delisious) MBK is About 15 min walk and the staff is very friendly and helpfull. I would defenetly go Back !

Good for a short stay if you want to shop at siam
Front desk was great for check in,very helpful,and clean rooms. I would rate a 5 but upon arriving the area is a little sketch down a alley. It turned out to be safe just a 15 minute walk to all shopping, 25 minute walk to koa soan road, and really close to Tesco.

Nice room, ok hotel
Nice stay at Fifth Residence. Quite big room with clean bathroom. All of the staff doesn't speak english but it didn't bother us. Cons: Linen were a bit stained and the location isn't the best cause skytrain station is a little far away fom the hotel. We changed the hotel after 2 nights because of bad location. Everything else okay!

Budget hotel close til MBK and Paragon.
Budget hotel with excellent service, clean room and fairly close to MBK and Paragon. The area is a little sketchy, especially the area under the nearby highway, but for a short stay it is quite alright. The bed was VERY hard!
