Buen lugar, muy amables todos.
Es un hotel que está bien para conocer Barcelona. La atención es muy buena y la relación precio - calidad es buena. Depende de lo que se busque, puede estar un poco retirado (ejemplo Barceloneta, barrios Gótico, Raval y Born), pero muy cerca de Sagrada Familia.

Un personal muy amable, atento y cordial, aunque la habitación la encontré un poco pequeña para moverse por ella, sobre todo el baño. Había una mesa plegable donde se hacía difícil sentarse con la silla, había que hacerlo en la cama, además de no poder abrir la puerta de la mini nevera por lo que había que bajar la pequeña mesilla.

Very comfortable room, nice staff and amazing breakfast for only 8 euro. Well located, in a nice area with good options for food. The triple room is good because give u a bit of privacy between the 2 beds. Pets allowed is a must! They offered a bed and water pot for my dog, and also a snack.

Positivo: Poder disfrutarlo con mi mascota, la habitación estaba muy bien y el precio también. Negativo: El personal podría ser un poco más simpático y se escuchaba bastante ruido por las mañanas, quizás porque la habitación estaba justo al lado del ascensor.

Gran ubicación, bonitas instalaciones!!
Muy bien ubicado, bonitas y limpias instalaciones. Parada de bus a la salida y Metro a poca distancia. Múltiples opciones para comer, te puedes mover en Metro a todos lados. La habitación cómoda y limpia, buenas camas. Wifi bueno

Decepcionable
La habitacion no se parecia en nada a la que aparecia en las fotos, al igual que las instalaciones. La habitacion era de tamaño minusulo, donde al abrir la puerta daba con la cama, cama que estaba con unas sabanas que olian a sudor. La verdad que bastante decepcionable para el precio que tiene.

Se dura mucho en llegar, ya sea desde el aeropuerto o desde la Sagrada Familia, la opción más rápida para transportarse es el servicio de taxi, el cual es barato.

Gracias por habernos contado su experiencia en nuestro hotel y por haberla compartido con otros viajeros. En relación a este, aunque no somos un hotel céntrico, si que estamos muy bien conectados con el centro tanto en bus como metro, y estamos cerca de la Estación de Sants, la principal estación de trenes de Barcelona. ¡Recuerde que estamos a su disposición para su próximo viaje a Barcelona! El personal es increíble y siempre tratan de ayudar. El desayuno muy rico, pero falta variedad. Había una pequeña fuga de agua en el baño y nos fuimos y no la habían reparado. Excelente ubicación.

The was clean and comfortable, the staff was very nice and tried to be helpful in every way possible. The breakfast really needs to be upgraded, the quality of bread and pastries was very low, the tables were not very clean.

Proposta aconchegante, mas atenção ao tam. da cama
Hotel com excelente proposta, ambiente aconchegante e limpo. Porém reservei - conforme posto na Hotel.com - cama queem e dormi duas noites em cama de casal. Não foi confortável. Ao pedir mudança de acomodação fui atendida, porém não antes de me solicitarem questionar a Hotel.com sobre a informação da cama, já que segundo eles não informam o tamanho. Penso que essa situação precisa ser resolvida entre as empresas e não envolver o cliente. Fora essa questão que foi resolvida, o hotel é bacana.

Voltaria sem dúvidas !
Local acolhedor, com ambiente casual e descolado. Super receptivo e em uma ótima avenida com lojas e supermercado próximos. Além de várias linhas de ônibus e metrô por perto, recepcionistas super educados e prestativos, valeu demais! Comentário sobre o café da manhã - Paguei 7 euros a diária por pessoa no hotel. Boa variedade.

This hotel was okay and is a two or three star hotel in my view. The beds were good and we did get good sleep here. We had some nights with noise from the street below as it is located on a busy street. The wifi could use an upgrade as it is spotty at times. Breakfast is ok too. The showers could use some renovation as the drainage isn’t great and the shower heads are rather worn out. Staff were very nice and helpful. Location was very convenient and lots of places walkable.

The pictures online make it look nicer than what it actually is. We got there and felt like it wasn’t clean enough and we ended up leaving and going to stay in a different hotel. The staff was friendly. They do offer luggage storage but there are no options for early checkin. We had better luck elsewhere. If you aren’t a super picky person, you may really enjoy this hotel especially it’s location, but the person I was with is a stickler for cleanliness and did not feel comfortable here so we left

Dark Room
The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel and my room were clean, modern and stylish. The only thing that was disappointing was the fact that my room was so dark. The window looked out to a very deep, long and high air shaft so no light at all was coming into the room. I feel this should have been compensated with a ceiling light at the very least. Instead, there were two dim lamps in the room. Not great for the mornings or the daytime in general when you just want some light to lift your spirits. Fine for the evening time, but it just felt like night time all through the day. Not good. Room 303. Other than this specific issue, everything else was great.

We thank you for your opinions about the fact that room was dark, they will help us to improve. Unfortunately, your room does not offer good views, as it faces the air shaft, a typical element of buildings in Barcelona and dating from last century. We can do nothing to change this situation, but recommend rooms like yours to guests essentially seeking peace and quiet. They are very cosy rooms where we try to compensate the absence of views with details to make the stay more attractive to our guests (curtains and special pillows, new bathrooms, etc).Rely on us for your next stay in Barcelona.Kindest regards on behalf of Casual Colours Hotel Barcelona's staff

The staff were very very helpful. We stayed with an infant and they were so accommodating, they let us borrow a stroller and had a pack and play crib for us to use. Great location as well!

It was indeed casual, nicely located near restaurants and I find Barcelona fairly walkable. Lots of transport links with buses too. However the room I was given had an internal facing window making it very dark and not pleasant. It was very small as shown in some pictures and reminded me of university accommodation, but this is fine as it keeps costs low. I also experienced significant Wifi issues (may be related to the internal window). The staff tried to fix it and this didn't work. What I did not like is that they did not offer compensation for this and did not seem proactive in helping although they had been friendly before. Expedia did provide a £25 coupon for me, but I was not pleased that the hotel refused compensation on their side. The hotel also lacks common amenities like a bar or pool, so do be aware of that!

This was a great hotel to stay in. Besides our bathroom shower not draining, and room having no view, the room was bright and large. The area was safe, super convenient for those who like to travel and explore by metro and bus, and is situated next to a great coffee shop. Great hotel for the price.

A revelation!
This hotel was a revelation. I really like its concept and messaging, daily inspirational quotes left on pillows and post-its. Very comfortable beds and great water pressure in the shower, very satisfying breakfast buffet as well. Before arriving, I was concerned about the location being far from the usual tourist action and nightlife. That was not a problem at all. Within steps from the hotel one could find a bus (of multitudes) to go anywhere in the city apart from being a 15 minute walk from Sants train station. I believe this May be my new go-to hotel in Barcelona.

Cozy hotel! Very friendly staff! Good breakfast-delicious croissants! But they gave us a room for disable persons and not the one shown in the photos of our reservation. The bathroom needs renovation. The bathroom door did not close and we needed to put a chair in front of it to close. Good position,5 minutes walking from metro station

The location was good, with walkable options. The first night we had no air conditioning or hot water. They charge for using the safe, but it's a key lock instead of combination that you choose, so that didn't seem safe at all.
