Habitaciones para ir de paso ,con moqueta . Fuimos dos familias con un solo coche y nos cobraron a los dos. Pagamos en metálico y nos devolvieron francos y cuando le dijimos que pagaríamos con tarjeta y que nos dieran el dinero que habíamos entregado nos dijeron que ya no era posible.,era el día de vuelta y ya no queríamos monedas .ni billetes d allí., pero no consintió devolvernos el dinero. Fatal.

Las recepcionistas muy poco profesionales
No les gustó que no escogiéramos el parking del hotel y no querían darnos la información que les solicitamos sobre la zona azul de la calle. Los camareros todos súper amables. Y el desayuno muy variado y bueno. La limpieza en las habitaciones, pésima.

Frühstücksbuffet war toll. Dusche mühsam, Duschkopf konnte nicht fixiert werden, spritzte ohne Ziel im Raum herum, musste in der Hand gehalten werden. Zahnbürsten, Bodylotion, Handcrème, Zahnpasta fehlten, was in einem 4-Stern-Hotel zu erwarten wäre. WC-Türe lässt sich nicht richtig schliessen, was es zu zweit unangenehm macht, aufs Klo zu gehen. An der Reception abgegebenes PET-Fläschchen wurde von den Angstellten einfach in den Abfallsack geworfen. Gute Unterstzützung beim Finden eines Food-Deliverers, weil Restaurant ausgebucht war. Check-in und -out unkompliziert und schnell.

bed Linens/cleanliness not what they used to be
The sheets were stained with what looked like mold, black spots and were quite scratchy. They didn’t fit the bed and shifted all through the night. And the duvet kept falling out. Closet smelled sour so I didn’t put clothes in it. But the AC worked well at least.

Prachtig hotel, fijne kamers en een heerlijk bed. Locatie beetje afgelegen zo bij het treinstation etc maar prima voor doorreis op vakantie. Avondeten was echt slecht en vooral voor die prijs. Zou ik zeker niet weer doen!

Nice, clean hotel within walking distance of train station.Conveniently located to tram line for quick and easy transport to the old town. Good choices at breakfast too. Would recommend.
