Leiderbist es nicht möglich 6 Sterne für den Service bzw. das Personal zu vergeben,einen solche Freundlichkeit und Entgegenkommen hatte ich in dieser Weise in keinem anderen Hotel jemals erlebt! Die Zimmergröße mit der Raumaufteilung ist perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt und trägt zum Ambiente im Allgemeinen des Hotels ein, für mich persönlich gesehen, noch nie da gewesenes Erlebnis. Im Großen und Ganzen ist die Wahrscheinlichkeit sehr groß,dass ich bei meiner nächsten Reise in die Schweiz (speziell für Basel) dort wieder einchecken werde.

Pros: - Staff are absolutely dedicated, knowledgeable and on top of things! - Trams stop right next to the hotel, and it's within walking distance to much of the town. Also, right next door to exhibition hall. Cons: - HVAC is mediocre at best, but they do at least have fans that will be brought to the room. Shouldn't be necessary though, particularly in winter! - Inhouse dining is good but truly expensive. - Rooms are pretty cramped.

Tram is right out the front door. Breakfast and dinner options were great. Staff was very helpful and spoke English. The room we had was worth the money, lots of extras included. Would definitely stay there again.

Clean, modern hotel with friendly staff. We had a room on the 13th floor so had a great view of the city. There’s was no apparent recycling facilities in the room so I am unsure if this is carried out hence low eco-friendly rating. Over all great stay and good connectivity to city centre via trams

Disappointing.
We chose the hotel because Biking use it and we were cruising with them. Disappointed with location and the service was not what we would expect from a hotel at this level. Executive Lounge was worthwhile having with a comfortable area to relax or play cards, and adequate food and wine.

Das Hotel selbst ist schön. Probleme sehe ich eher beim Personal - zu wenig und zu wenig kompetent. Beim Checkin mussten wir eine halbe Stunde warten, bis wir überhaupt an die Reihe kamen. Dann dauerte es nochmals ewig, obwohl wir eine Buchung hatten. Einfache Fragen konnten nicht beantwortet werden, beziehungsweise wurden von verschiedenen Personen unterschiedlich beantwortet.

Wonderful hotel!
We had an amazing experience here. It was clean, comfortable, full of the amenities that we needed, and the staff were all helpful and kind!

Clean well appointed hotel. Front desk (one person) was not particularly interested in assisting us with our room assignment. Lobby area very open and quiet. Restaurant service and food was excellent

Ich/Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Hotel ist recht ruhig, die Angestellten sehr höflich und der Service angenehm. Das Frühstücksbüffet lässt nich viel Wünsche übrig, es ist sehr Gut.
