Great place , an indoor pool hot tub gym , free breakfast and great coffee bar, super easy checkin/out. Plenty of parking

Found a cockroach in our room. The overall facility was old and dirty looking. It did not represent Hilton Hampton Inn. Will not be staying here again. Very disappointed.

Great Staff!
We had a wonderful stay! The manager and staff were very friendly and so accommodating. We really appreciated how welcome they made us feel.

Breakfast was good. Room smelled like mildew. I would have asked for another room if staying longer. Pool has green stuff on the bottom but hot tub was nice. Lobby coffee and cream was low, trash full as clerk looked at her phone. Noon check out was nice.

The hotel and room was clean. The breakfast was great. The only thing I did not like was the wifi. The man behind the desk said the wifi was spotty. I was thinking I can deal with that. However, there was no wifi on the tv so we could not stream movies using our fire stick. When I called the front desk he was no help!

I stayed at this property on my visit to Round Top for the antique fair in Spring. This hotel is quite clean, quiet, and the staff are very helpful. A continental breakfast is included, which offered the usual breakfast fare. A nice place to wind down and relax after a day of viewing antique vendors.

Hotel.com and the Hampton INN
The hot and cold water in the shower kept changing which left me and my husband very unhappy to have a hot shower. The bathroom has not trash can under he sink, no where to hang your face towel. and the light from the night light is so bright and the shade to window does cover the outside light, so it never was dark in room to sleep comfortably. very disappointed. I'm not at all happy about the stay at the Hampton Inn. Won't stay there again. This Was thru hotel.com and am very disappointed.

The manager must be trying to save money. For two days there were no paper towels in the lobby restrooms. The manager turns off the Air Conditioning for the hallways, she said her electric bill is high. Tarnished the good name of Hampton Inn.

Our room was very small. The air condition unit was very loud and made a funny sound. The shower leaked water for about 15 minutes after turning off. The main problem was that we were in a room on the first floor beside a meeting room that was being redone so both nights they were banging and scraping on the wall. We could barely hear our tv. We asked about it and they did say they would stop at 9:00 at night. It was the worse hampton inn we have ever stayed in
