Falta de personal en la cosina
Lo que no me gusto fue el desayuno , no había nada , solo sausage y 2 huevos no alcanzamos a comer todos , nosotros somos 4 y no había café , ni frutas , pero creo que es porque la persona que está en recepción es la misma persona que se encarga en la comida porque cuando a nosotros fuimos a desayunar el estaba en el lobby atendiendo clientes y ya cuando salimos el era el que andaba en la cocina poniendo huevos fríos en el refrigerador Pienso que deben tener una persona en la cosina y otra recepción y así no faltaría la comida ni café en el comedor Lo demás del hotel estuvo bien

The room was excellent, very clean and Maria did a great job each day cleaning. The personal products were nice. The hotel was being renovated, so there was no laundry, we weren’t told this. There should have been some sort of credit, as this was part of our decision to stay at this hotel. It was nice to have a hot breakfast, food was mediocre but several options and we were generally happy with it. Generally very satisfied with the stay and would definitely recommend

Easy to get to. Property is good except putting a guest staying two nights right next to an area that’s torn apart and workers start drilling and pounding at 7am isn’t good.!

Liked the in-room jacuzzi! Highly recommend safety rails be installed alongside the steps. Hot water and super jets! Breakfast was wonderful and nutritious. Thank you to the staff, also.

Business travel overnight
The front desk staff at check in were excellent. The room was ok overall. The room location was great but the a/c didn’t cool effectively and the toilet ran off and on all nite. I didn’t realize it until I was already settled in. The breakfast was good and morning staff were also excellent. I would definitely stay there again but check the room out first thing.

Rated Very Good, should be rated Poor.
The hotel is rated as Very Good but it’s going thru refurbishment and it’s nowhere near a Very Good. The carpet was exceptionally dirty with many stains, a rotten egg smell from the bathroom and it felt a bit unsafe as we were at the end of the hall with plastic curtains.

The room I booked wasn’t available. The room I was given was in a construction area. The air conditioner has a kitchen pan under it to catch water. Between the construction and leaking ac there was a strong smell

Choose and paid for a king bed, got two queens. Took two hours after checking in for room to be cool enough not to sweat. TV would not work, acted like we did not know how to work a tv. Took them quite a bit to reboot or whatever. Then remote would not work. Don’t pay extra like we did , just go for the cheapest one. That is what we got anyway!
