Our property has actually begun early last year some enhancements of its public areas (Still on-going) and also some renovation of the second wing – which has been now completed. Main wing is now our main point of focus: therefore All the TVs have been changed as well as all our carpet floors which is nearly replaced on every floors. Your comment about breakfast was shared with our Director of Food & Beverages and Executive Chef for their immediate action. I am sorry for the inconvenience caused. Pésimo servicio, muy mal trato de las personas de la recepción. En todos lados marca que el hotel tiene aire acondicionado, y lo desactivan en estas fechas que para ellos supuestamente ya es invierno. Hacia mucho calor en el cuarto y no podíamos dormir.

I am sorry you were not satisfied with the services provided by our Reception Colleague. Rest assured your comment was communicated with our Director of Front Office for his immediate action. Your comment about the Air Condition has been well noted. Being in between season we do face some up and down temperature making it difficult for our Engineering Team who is manually controlling the heating system on daily basis. Also, air conditioning inside Guest rooms can be switched off by our Guests. However, it is still too cold to blast cooler air within our building. I am very sorry about the discomfort you encountered however fans are available upon request by calling our Housekeeping Department. Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience caused and do sincerely hope we get the opportunity to welcoming you back in the future. Excelente ubicación pero con detalles a mejorar.
El cuarto reservado olía a viejo y no se encontraba en el edificio principal sino en un anexo. Después de la tercer noche nos cambiaron a una mucho mejor habitación en el edificio principal; la segunda ya fue muchísimo más cómoda y amplia. Sin embargo, las camas en ambas son rígidas; nosotros dormimos bien pero creo que algunas personas las pudieran encontrar incómodas. Adicional, en ambos cuartos fue imposible regular la temperatura ya que al parecer es un clima central y pasamos mucho calor por las noches pues al estar en temporada de frío, tenían la calefacción encendida todo el tiempo.

Our property has started to undergo some various enhancements – started from our public area and gradually we will turn a large segment of our room inventory to a more contemporary style with enlarged bathrooms. Completion of work is due to be early March 2019. Regarding the comfort of our bedding, we have instructed our Housekeeping Team to check the condition of this particular mattress. If unsatisfactory: it will be changed to avoid the same problem happen again. Nos dieron un cuarto con la alfombra mojada y apestaba el cuarto fuimos al loby y como estaba lleno nos dijeron q el dia siguiente nos darian un upgrade al dia siguiente nos fuimos a un tour y cuando regresamos nos dijeron Q ya no era posible el upgrade porque habia llegado un grupo de personas y nos dieron la habitacion de a lado del cuarto q teniamos en un principio y todo el piso apestaba a mojado una experiencia horrible. Muy mala experiencia con ese hotel ah y por cierto en guillin tambien me toco que expedia no reservo mi habitacion con el hotel se le olvido o algo paso pero tarde mas de una hora tratando de contactarme con uds hable a expedia españa y luego a mexico me costo mas de mil pesos las llamadas por esperar en linea bueno fue un show y al final cancele mi reserva con uds. Aporovwchando la mala experiencoñia con novotel sinceramente no lo rexomendaria.

No se esfuerzan en lo más mínimo por entenderte. Tuve el caso de que por error hice el pago 2 veces de una habitación y por más que intenté en darme a entender y explicarles que ya si se había pagado me upgradearan la habitación se negaron de que el pago fue duplicado y nunca quisieron ayudar. Perdí mi celular. Iba rumbo a la estación de tren y antes de bajarme del taxi me di cuenta que no traía mi celular. Hablamos para preguntar si lo había dejado en el lobby y no lo encontraron. De verdad muy decepcionada de NOVOTEL es poco. Uno creería que al ser una cadena de hoteles sería otra cosa y fue el peor servicio.

Excelente hotel!
Es un hotel muy bien ubicado a una cuadra y media de la estación de metro y cerca de la calle peatonal Wuanfuyin (perdon si no se escribe así). Realmente es un gran hotel con una linda habitación.

We passed a very good time here, if you want to walk you have many things near prohibited city less 20 min walk, malls, chinesse food market, etc. Breakfast is so complete with international and chinesse menu. only recommendation please could you put a ramp between one and two towers for heavy suitcases.

No me gusto en lo absoluto. Las camas son horribles, las alfombras no las lavan. Me toco ver una bola de polvo en el cuarto, se sentían los resortes de la cama. Para nada lo recomendaría.

Nos dieron unas habitaciones viejas y alejadas
Nos faltaron el respeto. Elegimos un hotel 4 estrellas en la capital de un país complicado para llegar y nos alojaron en el fondo del hotel, en un edificio anexado viejo y sin mantenimiento.

Overall is average. Location is good. Room is dim and old looking. No foul smell though. Room service & Do Not Disturb is still using the card still. Security wise: Some lifts does not require the room card to scan while heading up to the rooms. Only 1 lift requires so. Not sure why the double standard. Room cleaning service keep missing out things every other day. Once they didn't put new bathr towels when they took the olds ones away. Another time they took the toilet floor mat away and didnt replace it. Bathtub was not able to stop water well, hence we are not able to use the bathtub. Overall, we have high hopes on Novotel since our experience with Novotel in many countries are generally good. But this was definitely a can do much better kind of stay.

The air conditioning system does not work in the room. I tried to set the temperature but the dial seems to be completely broken . Cold air continue to make the room very cold , the same temperature as outside ie 3-8 degrees. I caught a cold as a result. Hopefully, the hotel management does some about this ,

A 8mins walk to APM for plenty of good food and WFJ walking street. Breakfast was good. Conveniently located between 2 MRT stations. Abt 30mins walk to Wumen Forbidden City. Many Hutongs to explore within the area. Chang A street is abt 30mins walk too. Hotel room is spacious, just looks little old with many marks on doors and walls. Water pressure was good too. Generous supply of mineral water daily and toiletries.The only minus for me was the shower curtain. It smells. Perhaps hotel could consider replacing them.

北京の中心街にあり立地が最高です。 施設の老朽化は否めませんが、清潔に保たれており快適に過ごすことができました。 朝食ビュッフェは種類も多く美味しかったです。
