Hotel excelente. Maravilloso personal. Te asisten en todo lo que solicitas. El equipo de conserjería merece un comentario aparte. En un lugar como Beijing en el cual muy pocas personas hablan inglés tener un equipo que te resuelve desde contratar una excursión hasta escribirle al taxista a donde tenes que ir... no tiene precio ni estrellas. Además de ayudarte con datos, por ejemplo en nuestro caso, de la estación de trenes , aeropuertos etc. Sin duda volvería a este hotel.

La mejor opcion de Lujo en Beijing
Comodidad y lujo al máximo , el personal súper amable.Hotel cercano a la ciudad prohibida , una avenida ruidosa y ocupada pero adentro todo es tranquilidad. El único detalle a mejorar la limpieza del spa de ahí en más todo muy recomendable ! Amenidades increíbles =]

The internet is super slow. Almost impossible to use. There was some kind of VIP guests stay at the hotel. The security police people are very rude to our regular guests. Don’t recommend to stay here if the police are all over the hotel and treat the guests like criminals

It was a short trip to Beijing. The hotel is located very close to the various tourist attractions, making it a very convenient place to stay.

Not your usual The Peninsula
Unlike other Peninsula Hotels, seemingly a mall-like “lobby”, though Hermes, Chanel and LV are the stores, it still feels like a Mall. Lobby Lounge lost its usual glamour as being a destination in major cities where The Peninsula is located. Unfriendly security check when you enter, regardless if you are a hotel guest or store goer. It was horrendous.

不推荐半岛王府井....第一次住hotel电视坏掉的...换了2次房间，有一个房间烟味简直大的难以呼吸 北京不是全面禁烟吗酒店硬件真的太一般了...听司机说酒店在被挂卖 这种level的确实应该经营不下去了吧 不过工作人员们真的特别友好热情.

部屋はとても広く、清掃も行き届いていて快適そのもの。 ペットボトルの水も十分すぎるほど置いてありました。 アメニティは、ヘアブラシがないなど少し貧弱に思いました（フロントに言えば、もちろんもらえます）。 室内のタッチパネルは、全て日本語表示ひ切り替え可能でした。 また泊まりたいと思います。

This hotel is by far the best 5* hotel I have stayed in to date. The suite was fantastic, the service is unbeatable by all different teams within the hotel, and the location is brilliant. If you are heading to Beijing, you will not be disappointed if you book to stay here.

Beautiful, comfortable duplex suite and excellent service from the concierge, bellmen, and housekeeping staff! Location was perfect! My only “complaint” was that the breakfast at the Lobby every day was unimpressive, as was the wait staff. Not terrible, but certainly not up to par with other similar-tiered hotels.
