The manager, with his distinguished British charm, impeccable manners and genuine concern for the well-being of guests truly set Peach Tree Inn and Suites apart from the rest, ensuring that every. The guests felt special. In conclusion, It was an absolute pleasure and memorable stay. Also amazing housekeeping service , cleanliness of the rooms.

Gross bathroom sink- toothpaste and stubble hair, probably wasn’t even touched. One of the bath towels had brown stains on it, used it for the floor since the floor was wet from no shower liner with a cloth curtain. No hand soap in bathroom. Conditioner was empty in shower. Snack bar in lobby was not stocked. Coffee in morning was empty. This used to be a Fairfield by Marriott and was definitely a nicer facility. Will only stay there again because it close to business, after inspection, otherwise I’ll stay further up 94

I picked this hotel for my family because of the pool and arcade/game room. After paying my non-refundable room rate, I learned at check-in that the pool and arcade/game room were closed for renovations. However, the next morning I woke up with bug bites. We found some small black dots the size of a period at the foot of our bed and one small bug--I think that the bed had bed bugs. I reported it to the front desk, and they seemed grossed out but never even apologized. I have spent the last week trying to heat-up everything that we brought with us to try to avoid bringing home any bugs--which has been extremely inconvenient. I was not given any refund, being told that the "original cancellation policy" applies (it's non-refundable). I will never stay at a Marriott hotel again after this, and I'm not happy with Expedia either. This hotel and experience were AWFUL.

The tub faucet leaked considerable and continually. Prefer if the HVAC fan could be set to run constantly but only "auto" was available. The front desk did not seem to care the tub faucet ran continually.

My dad asked if he could get some garbage bags for our room since the bins didn’t have them. The front desk attendant just said “no you may not”. Then the next morning at breakfast at 8 am everything was empty, just crumbs. In the kitchen there was one gal working like crazy, and then there were three workers at the front desk just chit chatting and laughing while the kitchen lady clearly needed assistance with the large crowd waiting for breakfast.

Booked the property based on the amenities. It is advertised with a bar/lounge, restaurant, deli, indoor pool. None of them were available. Very disappointed! Room was average, but not the standards i was expecting from a Marriot property. Could not recommend!

Mold on bathroom walls - I can provide picture Shower valve leaking constantly. Shower valve was turned to the point that I thought it was stuck. My wife couldn’t open it at all. Once I opened it and used it I had to twist it off with a lot of power. Otherwise it was constantly leaking. Very rude and irresponsible employee at check in. I asked for a room on second or third floor and he told me he doesn’t have anything available. Then he hand me a key with a room number 300 which was good but I at weird. A minute ago he specifically said he only has ground level available. After he checked us in, he informed us that the pool is closed. I haven’t responded to his announcement yet while he said “ if that’s a problem I will be more then happy to cancel your reservation and you can take your pack some please else. First of all - we are family not a pack. Second of all - he should inform us about it before checking in. I found it very rude. Breakfast - worst ever. There was literally nothing left to eat once we got there around 8:45 am. Bowl with bacon was Bowl with scramble eggs was empty There was no toast, milk, cereal, coffee, apple juice or paper plates! Literally there was only bagels and orange juice. When I told the staff about it there wasn’t much of reaction or apology. The wood started making its way out in about 30 minutes. At that time there was about 40 people with small kids waiting for the breakfast. Trash cans in the dining area were overflow

This was not worth the money I paid. The hotel is pretty much out in the middle of no where and to pay ove $200 for the room was really ridiculous. The room was ok. The tv was awful. You couldn't get half the stations. There really wasn't anything around to do. If you wanted to visit some place interesting you had to drive at least 10 to 20 minutes. Bottom line is way to expensive.

I was very disappointed that Expedia advertised a suite that sleeps 5 and they only had rooms that accommodated 4 people. I had no other choice but to get another room which was not in my budget! Very dissatisfied!

We loved price & location...but that's it...
The location was great if you want to hit South Haven and St. Joseph. Price was great compared to renting closer to beach. Hotel was nothing fancy to say the least...room was clean but in rough shape...parking lot was full of weeds. Breakfast was just ok...pool closed, waterpark closed, bar never open, snack area was barren. Staff was very friendly but for some reason we got no house keeping service?

At first glance, the appearance was nice inside. Once there, we noticed that all the carpets were filthy which made it hard to feel comfortable in our room. Our bathroom tub was worn-out. Breakfast was good.

WORST FAIRFIELD IN MICHIGAN
The condition of this property is astonishingly poor. With a 24hr dispensary across the street and a generally sketchy area we did not feel entirely safe here. The staff are managing under the circumstances but were very inflexible.

The bathroom sink would not drain. The air conditioning did not work. The bathroom was not clean. The room smelled like smoke. There was food on the floor of the elevator. There were fruit flies all over the bar area. The pool was not open. The garbage cans outside were overflowing. The outside was not presentable at all. Everything outside looked dirty. I will never stay there again. The people at the desk did not care at all. It was disgusting.

They had no tea available for guests. 4 cereal boxes for guests that were gone by 7:15 Ran out of forks. I travel alot and in Marriotts but this was the worse breakfast bar I have exerienced.

When we checked in and got to our room, there was no tv remote and the curtains could not close. As far as the breakfast is concerned, by 8:30 am, the food choices were next to nothing, with only one attendant ding all of the work. This was on a holiday weekend, a packed hotel and the breakfast was supposed to last from 7-10. Being that we got a pretty cheap rate for the room I’m not that disappointed, but they could do better.

Bed was really comfortable, pillows were the best. Staff members were very professional. I was just really unhappy about other guest setting off fireworks at 10:30 at night until almost midnight right by our window. There is that little vacant lot next to the hotel and it was full of debris this morning and kept us up really late. We needed to leave early this morning to make it back home for work. Needless to say, that didn't happen. There were not an ice machine on the 3rd floor. Even though there is a sign for one. The breakfast was prob the worst breakfast I've ever had. The sausage gravy literally made me want to throw up. It was VERY unpleasant. And I realize it's a complementary thing, but it should be editable at the very least. The eggs were powdered eggs, but at least throw in some salt pepper. Speaking of which, they didn't offer any. I know they're trying to be cost effective but we specifically picked this hotel because I had a complimentary breakfast, but ended up going to other places for breakfast. We won't be returning to this hotel. We will prob just get and Airbnb.

They missed my wake up call. There was no one at the desk when i needed to check out. There were cracks in the bathtub. The curtain was ripped. The power outlets on the night stand didnt work

No pool took my grand daughters on a trip 5hours away and then the room only had 2beds. The staff did an upgrade but then feces on toilet I cleaned it up I was too tired to complain. Wanted to cancel but I was tired. Very upset

I've stayed with Marriott for years and this has been my most disappointing stay. No where did it say pool or hot tub were closed just said water park. There were nails in the parking lot due to roof work being done. Breakfast was cold not hot like it was suppose to be and they had the serving spoons just sat on counter everyone was touching. There wasn't much at the exit area it was located in also.

Extremely disappointed that the pool wasn’t open. I would not have book this hotel if I would had known that. The cleanliness and amenities such as continental breakfast were okay. There were doors that had the wires exposed where the key card entry pad should have been.
