Everything was great! The check in and check out was easy, the room was neat and clean, the beds where so confortable, the location was near to everything, the staff was kind and helpfull. Jason was so nice, he helped us a lot, guide us with surrounding facilities and was very nice! Thank you for a wonderful stay in such a wonderful place! Definetly will recommend this hotel!

1. La habitación estaba sucia. 2. Había un agujero en el techo. 3. Tenía una lámpara quebrada. 4. Un animal estuvo caminando en el cielo, 5. La guía de canales no era la misma del control de tv. 6. El agua caliente no llegó rápido. 7. La habitación estaba muy caliente.

Feel asleep at 10pm and we awoke to our TV being turned on at 11. Someone was controlling our TV from outside the room. We tried to turn it off and it would immediately turn back on and start flipping though channels. For 10 minutes we tried to turn off the TV and it would get turned back on until we finally unplugged it. Then at 12:30 we woke up to our overhead light being turned on. We searched around the room for 10 minutes trying to see if it was controlled by a light switch but couldn’t find anything. We had to walk down to the lobby to find a maintence worker. We told him about our issue and he said he had a remote that he was testing out and it must’ve turned on our light. He brought it up to our room and sure enough it worked to turn it off. Extremely weird. Not to mention I pushed the microwave back on the table to make more space for my bags and there was a cigarette butt underneath it. Never had such a bad experience like this. Who wants to wake up at 12:30am before a ski day to your light being turned on with no explanation and no way to turn it off?

The staff was so very friendly. However, absolutely no hot water after leaving “hot” water turned on for 10 minutes, it never turned hot so myself and my kids could not take a warm bath. We visited on February during snowfall. No extra toilet paper as well. This place is understaffed and need to pay their employees much more for all the work they are doing. I witnessed one worker do the check ins and snow plow and housekeeping.

Rooms were ok, however blankets were dirty. Asked housekeeping to change and someone just walked into our room, without knocking as one of my teens was about to get changed. The person was eating and talking with her mouth full asking what was the issue with it, there was a huge stain on it. All the sheets seems as they were not even changed or washed, full of hair. AC did not work, was so hot we had to leave windows and bathroom door open do get in some air. I am glad we only booked for one night. Had stayed at Motels with better rooms cleanliness.
