El hotel tiene una ubicación excelente ya que se encuentra frente al lago y se puede caminar hacia el Village sin problemas, la habitación estaba impecable y muy bonita con un balcón con vista al lago; recomiendo ampliamente hospedarse aquí.

Loved the new rooms! Great location to the village shops and restaurants. No coffee machine in the room is slightly annoying. Shower spills all over the bathroom floor. Great linens and bathrobes. Pool and spa and Lobby not renovated yet. Great staff!!!

Agradable lugar
Todo muy bien, habitación cómoda, limpia y muy bonita. La única queja es si hay vecinos ruidosos, se escucha todo lo que hablen en las habitaciones de a lado incluso ronquidos y si estas en el piso de abajo todos los pasos de arriba se escuchan

The room was brilliant, a magnificent decoration in my words, however, the front desk service was a little unattended, there weren´t correct signs to identify it, I hoped (a good sight) to have a good space for the price I paid, Internet service was absolutely nefast, I couldn´t connect correctly through my devices with Linux and Android, the broadcast speed too low (8 Mbits/sec) for the price that I paid. The glasses were dirty with dust inside, I realized when I drank water.

Buena ubicación, el alojamiento es muy bueno. Lo único malo es que las habitaciones no tienen aislamiento de ruido y es probable que sea un poco ruidoso. Pero en general es un excelente hotel familiar

Esta bien este hotel por el precio, no puedes exigir mas. La vista es increíble hacia el Lago. Las habitaciones son un poco viejas, pero están limpias y bien cuidadas. Si lo recomiendo.

El hotel está mi bonito lo Único malo es que no te permiten hacer el check in hasta que te entreguen el cuarto y tiene que ser hasta después de las 3 de la tarde

Thank you for the nice review. Being such a small hotel, and high in demand, it is hard to get all rooms ready for early check in. We do have a comfortable lobby with coffee, tea, apple cider and cocoa for your enjoyment before check in.

Un hotel con nada de servicios, únicamente la habitación. Para dormir una noche esta bien, para unas vacaciones mas largas no lo recomiendo.

No está mal pero si caro
Todo estuvo bien, sólo que si es muy caro tomando en cuenta que hay cabañas con todo incluido a menor precio, y una cabaña tiene cuartos cocina baños, patio, etc etc .. es cómodo pero para casi 400 dlls si es poco lo que ofrece.

Personal del lobby prepotentes y muy desagradables, cuarto asqueroso apestaba a motel de cuarta, instalaciones muy denigrantes, hay hoteles en Big Bear Lake que salen menos y están muchísimo mejor que este hotel de cuarta.

The rooms were tastefully done… there’s no coffee pot, which was too bad.. the front door to my room was not installed properly , so it leaked cold air. I put my coat on floor to block air flow and cranked heat. The bath was next to front door which made for a chilly shower.. they only had 2 bath towels per room as well … details…. Not hotels fault, but the rim above sounded like they were taking dancing lessons… ugh. That was painful….

I like the property. Staff is nice, the property and our room awesome and the view was spectacular. Very clean and comfortable. Highly recommended and most of all its pet friendly. I recommend this property to my friends that is planning to visit big bear soon.

Incredible service! Free coffee/tea/hot cocoa 24/7 including cappuccinos etc. Everyone we encountered was friendly and went above and beyond to be helpful. the location and views are hard to beat too!

They have no amenities or ice machine and are unapologetic about it. I paid $530 for two nights (weekend). The response to my complaint was that this is not 4/5 star pricing...um, ok. I did not enjoy my stay or appreciate having to repack and move rooms at the end of a very long day (and drive from Irvine) because the bathroom sink did not work. They told me they were waiting on the right part and returned with a screwdriver to try and get it to work. It did not work. They did give me an option to move rooms or wait til morning for maintenance... my bathroom sink was stopped up...is that really a choice? I also could only get a small amount of ice because they have small bags at the "front desk" that she had to bang against the wood patio to provide to me. I was told they won't get an ice machine because they do not yet have a lobby. I never even got a follow up from the manager or an apology. After I left, I did text them and their responses are rude and clearly unapologetic. The Hilton Suites (at the bottom of Summit) down the road is a much better option and is new w/ amenities and cheaper pricing.

Hi Lisa,I apologize you were unsatisfied with your stay. As stated in our text to you, our sink was operable prior to check in as we inspect all of our rooms before anyone checks in. We aren't exactly sure what happened, but by the time you let us know late in the evening, our maintenance was not on the property. We do apologize that you were unsatisfied, however, and wish you nothing but the best.

The staff was incredibly kind, and the room was very comfy and clean. The village and great restaurants are within walking distance. Plus, a beautiful lake view! Definitely would stay here again :)
