A Stay to Forget…..
Ee stayed 4 nights. The power went out in the hotel all afternoon until dawn, it was chaotic, we had to go up and down the stairs all the time... without being able to cook or sleep... terrible. we went to the front desk and they told us there was nothing they could do..they couldn't relocate us and they didn't have the exact time it would be fixed…they never apologized they didn't try to help us…we lost a whole day and then the next day tired and late nights unable to rest…shower water came out yellow…disappointed with this hotel and hilton service…they hurt us!

MALA ELECCIÓN
Pros: habitación amplia para familias. Precio accesible. Cons: 1) A nuestra llegada encontramos la habitación con almohadas que olían a que estaban usadas. El cobertor feo y sucio. 2) Pedimos almohadas nuevas y otro cobertor y nos dijeron que sí pero que ya no había servicio de housekeeping (8:00 pm) y que teníamos que bajar por las cosas a recepción. 3) El desayuno malísimo. Muy artificial y escaso. 4) Si la idea es visitar Boston, sugiero hospedarse e invertir en un buen hotel de ahí. 5) El tiempo promedio de traslado de este hotel hasta el downtown es de 30 a 35 min en coche y el hotel no lo vale. 6) La habitación estaba sucia: la taza de baño tenía señales de uso del huésped anterior y el piso de la cocina sucio. Ropa de cama de mala calidad y almohadas incómodas. Conclusión: NO se hospeden en este hotel. Realmente no vale la pena. Boston es una ciudad divina y bien vale la pena invertir un poco más y quedarse en un buen hotel del downtown.

We stayed here for the weekend to visit the aquarium and some other entertainment. The stay was clean, and the breakfast buffet was great. Our only complaint is that although the hotel claims to be smoke-free, it does not seem to be. The odor of smoke in the hallways suggests that not everyone adheres to the rules. We suggest that the management or night staff be more diligent about enforcing the smoke-free policy. Other than that, our stay was excellent.

It was very enjoyable. The breakfasts were great. The only complaint is we were never able to get wifi in our room (201) We could use the wifi in the main area of the hotel. We tried to log into the wifi, we never got the prompt to ask name and room. We asked the front desk and they tried to help. But since we were in the main area it worked but we still never got a prompt to log into the room.

Great location and the suite itself was perfect for us. Breakfast was very good. Pool was a bit cold, but fun. Workout room was pretty good. Asked for more towels for the pool area one night and got some, but was told more would be brought and they never came. Room was supposed to be cleaned every other day, but didn’t see that occur (granted we were only there 3 days). Hand sanitizers around area were all out of hand sanitizer. Door for suite had lock falling apart some. Some damage notes to walls in suite, but minimal.

For the price and location, it was shabby and old. Not clean. The sofa bed was very old and wires poking, and they didn't have extra blanket to add to the cushion. Their Breakfast was low level and very limited.

The suite was spacious and had plenty of room for our family. We especially loved the kitchenette, which made it possible for us to prepare our own meals. Since we were on a tight budget for our weekend getaway, it really helped us to save money by not eating out. They had many breakfast options, but we do wish they had a waffle or pancake maker. We plan to stay there again in the future.

Dear guest,Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate your time. We keep our pool between 82 to 83 degrees. When the temperature goes up, bacteria and algae production does too. So, we have to be very cautious about it.
