Being they allow pets, the rooms smell of urine. Sorry, they do, I was in two different rooms. Terrible smell throughout hallways. The people and other amenities were great though.

We booked a double queen room and were given a king bed room! We had 4 adults. They did bring us a cot but one person had to sleep on the floor.
The hotel was outdated as well. The staff was very nice but this was unacceptable.

I paid extra for the Gulfview room, and the property gave me a gulf view room, but a handicap bathroom and they told me that’s the best I could do. I will not be staying there again.

Was there at 4:45 pm to check in, room wasn't ready. Persons ahead of me were getting a welcome package, soda and water. None was offered. The door to the bath room was very difficult to slde and ther was a large soda stain on the wall. I really expected better from a Hilton. I would not stay recommend or stay there again.

Overall clean facility. Friendly staff. Convenient for my reason for being in Biloxi. Bed was a little soft for my taste. Pillows were WAY TOO SOFT. I think most people want to put their head ON the pillow not IN the pillow. Everything else was just fine.
