Aunque condicionados por la Covid, los empleados y el servicio han sido muy correctos. Destaco la limpieza y la funcionalidad de las instalaciones, así como el emplazamiento inmejorable.

Fabuloso
La ubicación es inmejorable, está en pleno centro de la ciudad. Habitaciones bonitas, de buen tamaño e insonorizadas. En el baño hay productos de la marca Nuxe y la ducha tiene un rociador de efecto lluvia. Nuestra habitación daba a la avenida principal pero no escuchamos ni un solo ruido. Muy recomendable.

La ubicación es muy buena. El hotel tiene habitaciones pequeñas. El elevador es muy pequeño y muy lento. El hotel en general bien pero no cuatro estrellas como lo anuncian.

Cargos adicionales inesperados!
Es un buen hotel muy bien ubicado, pero nos disgustó mucho el hecho de querer cobrar un cargo adicional de 15 euros para entregar una habitación que ya estaba lista antes de las 3:00pm. En ningún hotel nos ha pasado eso!!

Mi mujer se dejó una camisa de Ralph Lorenz y Expedia hizo gestiones (muchas gracias ) y quedaron en contactar conmigo, cosa que no han hecho. Más que la pérdida me sienta peor que no cumplan su palabra.

This property was difficult to get to by car but once we were there it was in an excellent part of the city! And we slept quite comfortably even though the room was small!

Weekend in Bordeaux
Firstly the location of the hotel is brilliant, literally a street behind the main square/shopping area. The rooms are compact (its France!) but well equipped and comfortable. Huge modern bathroom which was a plus. However the standout from the stay was the staff - from check in, to leaving they couldn't have been more helpful and nice. Highly recommend!

This property offers the perfect location, within walking distance of most of the highlights Bordeaux center has to offer. It's quiet, clean, with friendly staff and a nice breakfast to start the day. One particular staff member, Emilie, deserves special mention for providing exceptional dinner suggestions. All of them were outstanding; she even went to the effort of securing a reservation and following up with us after our meal. This level of personal attention and service sets this hotel apart from many others we stayed at during our vacation.

The room was very small. They should provide a second luggage rack for two travelers. It was difficult to get into shower. Hand rails would be improvement for safety. Room was clean and comfortable.
