Realmente fue una muy muy mala experiencia. Primero en Expedia se dice que te cobran 150 dólares de depósito y el hotel toma 200. 2.- Te ofrecen transporte cada media hora a un centro comercial y de igual forma de regreso exceptuando 16:00-18:00 horas y no lo cumplen en lo absoluto, hubo días que nunca cumplieron. 3.- El personal en recepción es sumamente grosero en especial los chicos de color en horario tarde noche, no saben en lo absoluto tratar al cliente. 4.- Tienen un restaurante que generalmente tiene el piso muy muy sucio y el servicio es lento lo que le sigue. 5.- Tuvimos que cambiar de habitación porque el baño se descompuso. 6.- Durante nuestra estancia jamás asearon la habitación.

Nice and clean hotel with a good sized bar but they charged me $15 for parking without even telling me that there was a fee for parking. No other hotel on the south shore charges for parking.

The last night, the whole hotel was woken up by a fire alarm at 2 AM. So, we had to evacuate our rooms to Later, it was found that it was one of the prank by one of the kids staying at the hotel. The hotel was too noisy with kids running in the hallway past midnight. The hotel should have security to enforce quiet hours rules in the hotel.

The bath fan was not working therefore the ceiling had mildew. Also charging 15$ for parking, really!!
