Muy buen hotel, muy conveniente para el aeropuerto. Lo único es que el restaurant estaba demasiado lleno, tuvimos que esperar demasiado tiempo para poder sentarnos

El hotel está convenientemente conectado con el aeropuerto y tiene un Shuttle que recorre todas las terminales. Estuve 2 noches; en la mañana después de la primera noche salí a las 11am, regresé a las 10pm y no habían hecho la limpieza del cuarto (no estaba colocado el letrero de “no molestar”) Llamé para solicitar la limpieza y me dijeron que no era posible; bajé a la recepción y solicité hablar con el Gerente, Brandon me dijo que se llama y no me quiso decir su apellido; nunca un Gerente de un hotel había sido tan grosero y rudo conmigo; no sólo no tuvo ninguna intención de corregir lo sucedido, pedir disculpas y ofrecer algún “recovery action” para que no me fuera tan enojado; me dijo que yo tenía la culpa por haber salido después de las 9am y no haber solicitado explícitamente que hicieran la limpieza, me parece increíble. Nunca más regresaré a este hotel, prefiero quedarme un poco más lejos del aeropuerto y no sufrir este trato. También intentaré evitar a toda costa quedarme en cualquier otro Hilton.

No representa lo que se para para el servicio que presta !! No hay servicio de comida, no hay roon service, las toallas estan dañadas… Insuficiente el personal , en fin muy mal mala experiencia!!

Restaurant host was very difficult and rude. Server didn’t bring out the food that we ordered and when I asked her about it she just shrugged her shoulders but didn’t bring the right food. She ignored us when many tables where empty abs then double charged me for my glass of wine that I had already paid at the bar.

The direction to the hotel from Terminal B is not very good yet because of the airport connections I was able to walk to C then E, from there the directions are clear. I was worried about the plane noise yet couldn’t hear at all - excellent building quality, Rather the cleaning crew had loud voices in the hallway around 8 am. Knowing that most passengers chose this place because of late arrivals the crew should be aware and lower their voices when necessary.

Difficult to find using Waze. Finally found hotel and parking lot was full. Had to park in Central Parking so wasn’t very convenient. Restaurant was very good, excellent service and good food.
