Hubo un pequeño detalle con la recepcionista , pero la srita manager nos apoyó amablemente y nos resolvió el detalle y en nuestro idioma español. Pobre servicio al cliente
Reservamos la habitación con base en sus fotos y en todas se veía tina en el baño, el personal de la recepción nos recibió de manera muy parca y antipática, llegamos a la habitación y el baño tenía una ducha muy pequeña, llamamos para saber si nos podían cambiar a una que tuviera tina y la explicación de la recepcionista fue que las habitaciones con tina eran EXCLUSIVAMENTE para personas discapacitadas, lo cual nos pareció absurdo ya que en otros hoteles en los que hemos estado es todo lo contrario. Bajamos a hablar con el manager el cual no fue muy amable y sostuvo el mismo argumento. Finalmente nos cambió a una habitación que si tenía tina. El cambio fue positivo ya que la nueva habitación cumplió con nuestras expectativas, cama cómoda, baño amplio y limpio. Observación: mejorar el servicio al cliente, nada cálidos.

Malo!! el parqueo no está incluido, debe pagarse $20 por noche, un precio bastante alto si lo incluimos al precio por habitación. Mala experiencia!!

Lo unico malo es que te covran $100 x noche de depósito. Nos hospedamos 4 dias fueron 400 dolares de deposito. Si bien se regresa al final considero mucho dinero retenido. De resto el hotel bien limpio todo la verdad. Me hospediaria de nuevo solo el detalle del depósito me parecio muy elevado y la politica de Expedia no decia nada al respecto.

This hotel is located next to a shopping plaza, fast food and a grocery store. Also the commuter rail to Boston is right there.The concierge are always pleasant. I cant speak for other staff as it was a late check in. The hotel is clean and modern.

The location is grea. It's close to the main attractions in boston. The pool of the hotel was great. We enjoyed our time there. A plus is the market across the street.

Nice hotel. Stayed a few times before. Few restaurants within walking distance. Easy train into Boston. Very near and walkable to the transport system. Staff amazing, simply the best.

The attendant in evening said shuttle runs every 15 min. The morning attendant was horribly rude. I was sitting and watching for driver at 6:30 bags in vestibule. Never saw him. Walked up to desk at 6:32 and said, when is he ready. She said you missed it and have to wait till 7:00. Major rushing then for international flight. I will never return.
