-Check-in: we arrived wanting to enjoy the sun and the pool but we lost 40 minutes waiting in line for check-in to get a wristband (because they couldn't give the room before 3PM). At 3PM we left the pool and lost more half hour waiting to get our room but didn't get it because the line was so big that we gave up. At 5 PM we waited more half our then we could get a room.
-At Azur restaurant, we asked if they had tequila Don Julio, waiter said yes and served 2 shots. Then, in every other place, all the staff said they do not have Don Julio at the hotel at all, very weird, seemed like a lie.
-I went to a bar beside the pool and they had only very cheap tequila (even a 3-star hotel has better), I asked if they had another and they said NO. My beautiful wife went 15 minutes later and they had more 3 different brands of tequila hidden, so they LIED to me.
-The main pool is really boring but they have a "pool club" with music and a pool bar there. The restaurant beside the pool club is excellent.
-Asian restaurant we ate Ramen, the meat was very bad, other guests said the same. I asked a fried rice and was OK.
-At the Italian restaurant the waiter took 35 minutes to attend us because was talking to another table. The guests at the table beside us got angry because they also had to wait so long. A waiter refused to give us a bottle of water and lectured us about "clean water".
-On 3rd day they didn't clean our room. For the price, awful.
Many better options cheaper.
