Las fotos no son actuales. El hotel es viejo. El servicio de limpieza es una burla. Tuvimos que quejarnos varias veces y cuando fueron a hacer la limpieza tuvimos que supervisarla personalmente porque no habian cambiado ni las sabanas de las camas. Terrible experiencia. Equivocaron además mi datos en el recibo cuando salí.

Limpieza deficiente.
En general, la estancia estuvo bien, pero la limpieza de la habitación deja mucho que desear. Un día salimos desde muy temprano de la habitación, volvimos hasta la noche y la habitación no había sido limpiada adecuadamente: cambiaron las toallas del baño pero ni hicieron la cama ni se llevaron la basura de los botes. Tuvimos que solicitar un servicio en esos momentos, el cual sí nos lo dieron pero tardó demasiado.

La estancia estuvo en general bien, muy bien ubicado y cerca Del Mar, solo agregaría mejor comunicación por parte del registro sobre servicios como la limpieza del cuarto por la época en la que estamos si no la pides explícitamente no existe la limpieza por el resto tienen muy buenos cuidados

I love staying at Hilton Hotels! The gentleman at the counter at 2am was absolutely amazing and assured me so quickly that I’d still be able to check in as we had issues at the airport and my son was sleeping in the car. I was stressed we wouldn’t have a room for him to sleep in. His cheerful attitude at 2am is a godsend. Thank you so much!! Regarding the rest of the stay, absolutely no issues other than the buffet wasn’t open during the day week. So we went to Dennys around the corner for breakfast during our stay. I was also surprised our room was serviced everyday. I love the Hilton!!

As for the charcuterie board, our menu varies based on local availability and seasonality, but we understand how certain expectations can influence one's dining experience. Overall it was nice but my room had a cracked mirror (2065) and rusty pipe. Seems like due to being a bit dated. I didn’t think having to pay $30 a day to park was reasonable - should be free if the rooms are nearly $300 a night with tax. Staff were super nice. Close to lots to do. Wish they had better complimentary coffee.
