We stayed in the 'one bedroom home' room/apartment for three nights. The photos are accurate - it is very nicely furnished and decorated. The kitchen, desk, shower and toilet are small but clean and high quality. Nice big TV. The owners made us feel very welcome and the staff were very helpful.
At this price (as of May 2017), I was happy with it.
However, a few small problems mean I probably wouldn't rebook in future:
The bed is a little small - I am not a tall guy (177 cm) but several times in the night found my feet touching the wall at the end of the bed. The wall gets a lot of vibration from the aircon unit so it's hard to ignore.
The aircon is the usual Philippines box type that is noisy and there is no fan so you have no choice but to use it. The room (206) is on a sunny side of the property so very soon after turning off the aircon the heat is back so you'll be using the aircon pretty much continuously, day and night. There is no respite from the noise, which sometimes makes watching TV difficult.
The area around the property has little to offer so you'll be taking taxis a lot. Nearby there is a calederia (sp) selling local breakfast food and a sari sari store but that's it.
The security deposit of 6,500 PHP is understandable for a long-term stay but for 3 nights was significantly more than I paid for the booking itself, which was unusual. When I arrived with less than that in my wallet they were very reasonable about accepting less, though.
