And the fact here is that the hotel is a 4 star property. We would like to inform you that all of our staff is working hard in order to make our guests’ holidays as pleasant and comfortable possible. Allow us to inform you that the quality of staff does not depend on the number of languages speaking. Allow us to inform you that all over the world it is not obligatory to speak specific languages in hotels and by the way please note that our reception staff is speaking English, German, Italian, French and of course Greek. We strongly believe that the incidence you mention with a couple of our guests, should not be a part of your review, since it doesn’t concern your stay, however allow us to inform people who read this post that we never asked from your wife to get involved. There are representatives of the agencies available to solve any issue may rise and that is what happened in that case as well. For your information, the specific couple left from the property without any complaint, as they understood that there was nothing wrong with their reservation. One last advice from our side. Please, try to focus on your experience when you write a review and not on other’s person’s behaviors or words, since you cannot be aware of the actual situation.
